Remember when Clarins used to have the best limited edition seasonal collections ever? I feel like lately Clarins gets more air time in Europe than the US. Clarins is one of those brand’s that gets overlooked sometimes and a lot of people don’t realize they have some fantastic color cosmetics like their amazing lipstick and gorgeous face powders.

I used to love their seasonal collections but lately it feels like many of those releases are released abroad but not within the US.

Clarins Daily Energizer Lovely Lip Balm ($20) is a new, limited edition sheer lip balm. Or as they call it a “do-it-all energizer”. People, if this stuff actually energized me I’d be buying it by the case!

Clarins Daily Energizer Lovely Lip Balm is a new sheer lip balm that moisturizers, soothes, perfects and plumps lips. Apparently it delivers deep hydrating repair for up to eight hours.

And yes, it is indeed a pH lip balm if you were wondering and give lips a perfect customized shade of sheer rose. Did I mention it has a melting texture and a delicious peach scent and flavor? Hmmmm! The packaging looks like Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Quench Lip Rescue or Tarte Amazonian Lip Butter and the formula sounds similar too!

Dunno if this one is going to help me shake off the long weekend and re-energize me but maybe it’ll go a long way at energizing my dry lips!

    This reminds me of IT Vitality Lip Flush ( Je Ne Sais Quio) I use it at night for a lip treatment and it’s sheer and makes my lips soft and moist all night. Remember when I as you if the color could get deeper ? Nope, gotta try one if the deeper colors. But a peach scent and flavor, I would try that!
