6 New Japanese and Korean Makeup Products To Get Excited About
All is quiet on the US makeup world lately! I think the most hyped up products in the last few months have been the Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette, the Urban Decay Alice Through the Looking Glass Eyeshadow Palette and Lipsticks, and the Urban Decay Vice Lipstick.
Outside of these releases, I feel like things have been very, very quite on the makeup and beauty front. Especially at drugstores, as last year I recall many Spring/Summer releases being available early in April and so far the only major release at the drugstore has been the Katy Kat Matte Lipsticks.
But no worries, I’m sure plenty is on the horizon! I’m already hearing about plenty of new Maybelline goodies. Plus I’m hoping for the L’Oreal Cushion Blushes to get a launch here in the US.
Interesting enough Japan and Korea has been a little quiet lately too but here are 5 new Japanese and Korean makeup products to get excited about. I’m particularly excited about the new Etude House Lipsticks so keep your eye on those!
Touch in Sol Be 18 Watery Cushion Blush
Touch in Sol has recently become available at Sephora.com so I have hopes we’ll soon be able to grab up their new cushion blushes which have a lightweight fluid texture that give a burst of fresh glow-y color to cheeks instantly.
Touch in Sol One Second Vivid Lip Crayon
I have a feeling bright, juicy shades are going to be right on target for Summer looks. Touch of Sol’s new lip crayons offer endless ways to get a bold, bright look on lips by mixing and matching shades to create a ton of creamy colors! These have already launched on the Sephora Canadian site so expect them soon in the US!
Les Merveilleuses Laduree Liquid Cheek Color
If you’re a fond fan of Japanese brand Majolica Majorca you might just remember their Cream de Cheek Liquid Blush which is exactly what the new Les Merveilleuses Laduree Liquid Cheek Color looks like but at a far higher price tag. I have to keep reminding myself I have a few Cream de Cheek Liquid Blushes so prevent me from indulging in this gorgeous fluid blush that gives cheeks a pop of yummy color!
Etude House Dear My Blooming Lips Talk Matt and Dear My Blooming Lips Talk Chiffon
Etude House recently introduced two new finishes in their Dear My Blooming Lips Lipstick Collection. The matte does not interest me but the chiffon finish sounds lovely! The Chiffon finish is supposed to a be lighter, easier to wear silkier matte finish with a velvety texture.
Etude House Real Powder Cushion
Ah cushion, cushions, cushions! They start running together after a while but Etude House’s newest cushion makeup has a light, creamy consistency that sets to an airy powder.
RMK Lip Care Color UV Stick
A sheer lip color in an array of fun Summer shades with UV filter to protect lips from harmful sun rays!
