So, I nitpick apart every single mascara I have ever tried. I rave very few if you notice but one I continuously go back to again and again and again is Tarte Light, Camera, Lashes Mascara. Until something better comes along, Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara earns the title of HG (holy grail) around these parts.

I get great length from this, fabulous volume, and it doesn’t flake or smear plus it removes easily at the end the night!

Tarte doubled down for Summer and created Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara in a limited-edition double-sided packaging which includes a Bottoms Up Lash Mascara!

I can’t express how much I love having not only my beloved Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara but also a bottom lash mascara all in one packaging! SCORE! Don’t get me wrong I still love and use Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara but I find it so much easier to have my main mascara and my bottom lash mascara all in one packaging.

I have all sorts of sad because Tarte is only doing this packaging for a limited time. Why guys!? Why!?

If you never used Bottoms Up! before it simply has a smaller wand that addresses your bottom lashes without poking an eye. For serious, I have poked myself one too many times when using a regular mascara to catch my bottom lashes. So not pretty! This brush is super smaller so you can capture those wispy fine lashes at the bottom of your lash line easily.

I love the idea of having both formulas in one place! It makes it easier to travel with and to store.

But sorry, kids, this one is around for a limited time so grab it while you can at tarte.com.
Where are my Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes fan girls and guys!?

Show of hands!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I just use a mascara fan brush on my lower lashes, then I never need to buy a second product.

I’m a sister LCLs fan, but from all my auto deliveries I must have about 10 Tarte mascaras to get through so I likely won’t be getting this version. I DO think it’s a good idea! Rumor has it there won’t be any Tarte TSVs this year on the Q (don’t know if this is a fact or not), so I’ll get through some of my stash. It’s too bad as there’s enough new types of foundation and new products in each category of make-up and skin care.

No kidding!? I can see that as this year they seem to be concentrating hard on updating their perm lines and also doing a lot of LE stuff so, this shouldn’t be too much of a surprise I guess!
