I gotta tell you, puffy eyes are totally my downfall. I’ve suffered from them forevers! The worst thing about them is sometimes only my right eye gets puffy but not my left. It’s weird to say the least. On bad days both are puffy! Blame it on old age, blame it on allergies, blame it on the fact I do evil things and sleep on my stomach with my face smashed into my pillow (do not try that at home, abort, abort! Always sleep on your side or your back!), blame it on the fact I am not drinking enough water, blame it on gaming, who knows, what it is but I’m prone to puffiness.

There is no cure for puffiness. No cream, no mask, no serum, no miracle broth that will ease puffiness. Sometimes a washcloth dipped in ice cold water and pressed under my eyes helps!

And sometimes, I get lucky and eye pads or an eye mask do a little something, something so my puffiness looks better.

Wilma Schumann Hydrating Collagen Eye Pads are not going to change your puffy eye life but they will ease puffiness slightly. I’ve used a ton of different eye masks from Korea and these eye masks are quite like ones you can get from Korea.

They have a jelly-like texture that isn’t terribly moist but actually, by some weird miraculous magic add a little hydrating under eyes so, they appear plumper, smoother, and lightly hydrated. Each box contains five eye masks and a box will set you back $18. These are not reusable so you have toss ’em after a single use. Pop ’em on, sit back for twenty minutes, and relax.

Typically I use them in the evening because they seem to allow my eye cream to absorb more easily. I also feel like they smooth my under eye area quite a bit. As for puffiness? Well, if I’m suffering a mild case of puff they ease some of that but major puffiness they sadly don’t really work on!

I’m on my second box now. Originally I got a sample for review but I recently repurchased at CVS because I like how much smoother my eyes look after using them so, I’ve injected these into my skincare routine by using them three times a week.

If you’re looking to decrease major puffiness, Wilma Schumann Hydrating Collagen Eye Pads likely won’t be the tool for the job but if you’re looking to smooth eyes and lightly hydrate them these work a treat.

Get ’em now at CVS, CVS.com, or amazon.com.

I’m intrigued. My undereye area needs some debagging. I’d kill for your lashes. They look so dark and lush and fluttery.

If you have a little puffiness it’ll def help a bit but major puffiness no go! But I like how they smooth out my eye area and they also go a long way at helping eye cream to absorb more quickly. 😀 oh wow thanks! 🙂

Interesting!!! The side of the box says that this product is distributed in Miami, FL 33155. I grew up (and my parents still live in) Miami, Fl area code 33155. It is a residential area with a few small strip malls and one-too-many funeral homes…lol. I’ve never seen anything in that area that looks like a “distribution” center for health/beauty products. In any case, I did like the PTR new eye pads. They did help with puffiness and darkness. Unfortunetly, these products only provide very temporary results.

LOL I have to say the only thing I read here was “one too many funeral homes” I dunno why that just stuck out ha!

I tried the Sephora brand Green Tea eye mask recently when my under-eye area was really swollen after a virus (gross) and they worked REALLY well to get it down. I’d definitely use them again. I stocked up on some more during the 15% off sale.

Thanks for reviewing this brand – see it all the time but not much in the way of feedback out there! 🙂

It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a “leisure” photo of you…you look simply beautiful!!

aw thanks Miss D you’re wayyyyyyy too kind! I look tired and goofy but you made my day 🙂

I must try these ASAP. Dear muse, have you tied the Peter Thomas Roth cucumber cubes for puffy eyes? I’m very interested in your experience with them.

I haven’t sorry! But maybe someone else has and will comment 🙂
