Kat Von D Beauty near blew up the Internet with news of the new Serpentina Eyeshadow Palette that launches at Sephora.com on July 5th. If you haven’t heard about it already here’s some details. The palette has six bright metallic shades as well as two matte ones plus you get a loose shimmer pigment which can be used as an overcoat of sorts. The Kat Von Beauty line is no stranger to metallic eyeshadows as they have an entire range of Metal Crush Eyeshadows available and many shades in the Serpentina Eyeshadow Palette look like some of the colors from that range. For example, Nile looks a lot like Metal Crush Eyeshadow in Paranoid!

But there’s no doubt fans of the brand will be obsessing hard over this little palette and it will likely sell out fairly fast on the launch!

There are also new Kat Von D Lock It Concealers launching this July which are inspired by Kat Von D’s popular Lock It Foundation. This is a new pigmented, full coverage concealer that will include a shade called White Out which is a pure white shade that will be great for mixing to lighten up shades.

See more photos below!

And finally the pièce de résistance! The new Alchemist Palette that will be launching in 2017. This is top secret so, sadly no news what’s inside but the outer packaging sure has me excited.

Look for the new concealers and Serpentina Eyeshadow Palette July 5th at Sephora.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I’m so curious about the Alchemist palette! I guessing it might hold products for the face, like a transforming highlighter or something… 2017 is too long a wait!!

Oooh, what a tease!!! I hope it’s the metal crush formula. And that Alchemy palette sounds interesting!

I was looking forward to this palette, but it seems too similar to the Remix palette… I think this one is going to be really hyped, and I want to see it IRL before committing $50 that can go towards something I *really* want.

I want the concealer, though, as well as the white foundation! I can never have enough white base products, even just to mix with other products.

The last Kat Von D palette I wanted was the Monarch palette, but I missed out on it since I waited too long for a sale since it was so pricey, but this palette looks amazing! And it’s not all neutrals! (thank goodness, I have so many neutrals right now) Do you think you will be picking this up?

    • Isabella Muse

The Monarch was a nice one! Hopefully! I’m on vacation when it launches but hoping I can jump online quickly and grab it 🙂

Beautiful! This is the closest thing I’ve seen to my dream palette with only jewel tones 🙂
