Too Faced Sweet Peach Glow Palette Teaser for Spring 2017

By Isabella Muse on July 22, 2016 14 Comments

in Spring Collections 2017, Too Faced

In a world bathed in far too much darkness I thought today I'd spread a little light, well more of a Glow actually! 🍑✨💫🌟#SweetPeachGlow #spring #getready #SneakyPeek

Not ready for Too Faced Spring 2017? Too bad! Jerrod Blandino is busy teasing the Too Faced Sweet Peach Glow Palette for Spring 2017 which is causing mass hysteria and pandemonium on Instagram this morning! We all know how insane the Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette went down. We’re talking epic, craziness! I’m still trying to comprehend the insanity that was that eyeshadow palette.

None the less, forget about the Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette because right now it’s about the Too Faced Sweet Peach Glow Palette (And don’t worry, Jerrod promises a return of the eyeshadow palette soon! Perhaps that might just be with the Too Faced Spring 2017 Collection or maybe sooner! We’ll have to see).

There is absolutely no word what is inside this new palette but I imagine it is likely a highlighter palette and I hopes perhaps it includes some luminous blushes as well in, perhaps, peachy shades!? Jerrod did flash some photos a few weeks ago which you can see after the jump of gorgeous pressed blush powders as well as a tiny little mirror with a peach on it. I wonder is this the inside of the Sweet Peach Glow Palette? Or are those powders something else completely that’s coming from Too Faced?

All I can see is that I might just wait out Too Faced Holiday 2016 and save my money for Spring 2017 instead!

Hopefully this doesn’t sell out as quickly as the eyeshadow palette! We shall see! I’m quite curious about the contents but if it turns out to be all highlighters I’ll like to be let down as I’m so not a highlighter girl! I like to collect pretty little highlighters but I find that I rarely use them.

What do you think?

Excited about this launch?

Do share!

As soon as I have a launch date I’ll be sure to share it! As for where it can be purchased? I imagine toofaced.com initially at later on at Ulta.com, Ulta, Sephora.com, and Sephora.

But I’ll update with more info as it becomes available!

Hey Muse! I never got to try the first one- not sure if it was limited edition or not but after months of “out of stock” and “sold out” I forgot about it and moved on to something else. Maybe I will have better luck when this rolls around. I have the bon bons and the chocolate palette already.

Hopefully you can snag both at the same time! I suspect it might pop up again with this palette!

If those are the inside peeks to the palette, I have one question. Where is the peach??? I LOVE peach colored makeup, but there seems to be a trend of calling coral “peach”. Yes, I know peaches do have some red, but when I think peach, I think more orange-pink kind of color. I managed to get the Sweet Peach eye palette (simple case of right place-right time) and although I like it, it wouldn’t call it my favorite. This doesn’t seem worth the wait into 2017, so I’m saving my money for whatever Anastasia Beverly Hills comes out with. Smaller product line, but much better quality.

NEED! I knew I needed the sweet peach first time I saw a picture of it but I missed out. Can’t wait to get it when it comes back along with this. Peach is like one of my favorite scents and colors ever.

Not excited. I spent hours on Too Faced’s site trying to buy the eyeshadow palette and their site kept crashing. I was finally able to pick it up from Ulta through the Ulta phone app. Once I got it, I was so disappointed in the quality of shadows. My shadows were poorly pigmented and the peach smell was overpowering, making me nauseated. It was a huge waste of money for me. So I’m over the peach palette craze. It didn’t even have that many ACTUAL peach shades! It was just filled with a ton of brown that everyone already owns, poorly performing purples, and like 3 peachy shades. I made my own DIY peach palette from Makeup Geek with actual peach eyeshadow colors that I love.

I can’t remember how I finally got it! But I finally did and wasn’t terribly impressed! Aww so sorry you hated it! 🙁 You’re not alone, I really wasn’t all that into it either!

I’m sorry but with all the games they played with that stupid sweet peach eyeshadow palette Too Faced will never get a dime from me again.

I hope it is not an eyeshadow palette. The peach palette had 2 or 3 peach colors. Maybe this glow peach is blush and highlighter.

I doubt it! Likely highlighter! “the glow” gives it away 😀

I don’t care what’s inside, this will be mine. Oh yes, she will be mine…

I hope you said that in your head ala Waynes World 😉

The bottom right corner of the palette cover (shown in the first photo) says, “peach infused highlighter palette.” Nah…not for me.

Honestly, they can take it and shove it. They hyped the HECK out of that first peach palette and then didn’t have nearly enough to go around. That was a crummy thing to do. If they re-release the original Peach palette with this, I’ll consider changing my mind, but right now they are on my NOPE list for the way they treated consumers by creating demand they couldn’t fulfill. It seems like they sent those palettes to nearly YouTuber in existence and then didn’t have any left for the people who wanted to actually buy them.
