Biore Perfect Cleansing Water

I don’t know if we’ll ever get Biore Perfect Cleansing Water here in the US but one can hope it’ll happen. It’s actually horrible on eyes but it is one of my favorite cleansing waters to use after Lush Ultrabland.

Here’s some deets!

Biore Perfect Cleansing Water comes housed in a fairly large bottle and has an attached pump to dispense the water. The packaging is fabulous in my opinion as it is easy to pump as little or as much out as you like. It’s very easy to saturate an entire cotton square using this pump.

I wouldn’t recommend it for use around eyes as like most Asian Cleansing Waters it stings a fair bit. Remove your eye makeup first and use it to remove the rest of your makeup. I personally like it as a double cleansing aid as I’ll remove my makeup first with Lush Ultrabland and use this as a follow up treatment to remove the excess film that Ultrabland leaves behind. Of course, on its own, it does a perfect job of removing even the most stubbornest long wearing foundation or makeup and does so without leaving behind a sticky or tacky feel nor making skin feel tight or dry. You have to love cleansing waters for the simple reason that they never dry skin out and they leave your skin perfectly balanced. After using it, you can of course, head in for a regular cleanse using a cleansing balm or foaming cleanser of your choice.

It works fabulous on waterproof mascara and eyeliner as well but I dislike the fact it stings a bit around this area. So, user beware if you have sensitive eyes. It does have a very light, refreshing scent but it is subtle.

I never treat cleansing waters or micellar waters as end all makeup removers. I think they are great as a double cleansing aid or if you’re in a hurry to get the bed they are great for removing makeup quickly. I personally like Biore’s formula because it works great removing the excess film that Ultrabrand leaves behind. I also like using this particular water prior to washing my face with water and my favorite cleanser.

If you’re looking to try out a new cleansing water, I’d recommend giving Biore Perfect Cleansing Water a try!

You can grab it now at Sasa.com or ebay.com.
