Shea Moisture Peace Rose Oil Complex Sensitive Skin Facial Cleansing Oil ($10.99) has launched and I’m left to wonder if it might be as fabulous as the Palmer’s Skin Therapy Cleansing Oil I recently tried!

Shea Moisture continues to grow their skincare collection with the introduction of a variety of products such as makeup remover wipes, mud masks, moisturizers, and much more.

Here’s a look at their brand new cleansing oil!

Shea Moisture Peace Rose Oil Complex Sensitive Skin Facial Cleansing Oil was created with sensitive skin users in mind. It contains a mix of peace rose oil complex with a blend of alpine, damask, and musk rose oils to sooth, soften, and remove makeup easily. It also contains Date Palm Extract to smooth and protect skin as well as Camellia Left Extract to calm and sooth skin!

It sounds like an interesting cleansing oil and I’m eager to try it out. I love the fact that Shea Moisture is venturing outside the world of hair care. Some of their hair care are staples in my routine so, I’m hoping their skincare offerings will end up the same.

Has anyone tried Shea Moisture Cleansing Oil yet?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Do not get this in your eye! This stings like crazy!! I’m on my third bottle already, but I do like it for cleansing. It leaves the skin very soft after using though. It has a funky smell, and it took a while to get used to, but it does a relatively decent job in removing makeup. I still go in with a second cleanser just to be sure that everything is off my face.

Shea Moisture is exploding! Every time I look at their stuff at the store there are even more products. I have in my shampoo/conditioner rotation their Manuka Honey and I use a leave in conditioner of theirs. It’s really helped my bleached super dry hair! Plus it all smells amazing!

Right? They are really expanding their entire range of products! They have a new concealer too!

this burned so badly i had to return it. I rely on any cleanser to remove both eye and face makeup and this stuff will burn your eye for hours after use. I love Shea Moisture and it broke my heart that this didn’t work.

I use this regularly. I have sensitive Rosacea skin and it’s helped me immensely. I think it has a great smell and it’s great for removing makeup, but it will sting your eyes something fierce if you get it in your eyes. This hasn’t stopped me from using it. I just use it in the shower and close my eyes real tight till I rinse it off. No harmful ingredients is a plus, and it emulsifies which is a feature I love.
