Yes to Miracle Oil Argan Oil 2-in-1 Cleansing + Moisturizing Facial Wipes

Yes to Miracle Oil Argan Oil 2-in-1 Cleansing + Moisturizing Facial Wipes ($5.99/20 Wipes) are one of two new moisturizing makeup remover wipes that launched with the new Yes to Miracle Skincare Collection.

These 2-in-1 cleansing wipes are infused with Argan Oil which lightly hydrate as they cleanse. I was actually excited to try them since I have drier skin. I don’t typically rely on face wipes to clean my skin in all honesty. I’m a full on removal at the end of the night kind of girl and that typical takes more than wipes. But I do rely on micellar water and cleansing wipes when I get home late and just want to head to bed. I also use cleansing wipes very, very often to wipe away swatches from my arm. Believe me, they are a beauty bloggers best friend when you’re swatching tons of different products daily.

Let’s take a look and these new Yes To Argan Oil Wipes!

So, strangely enough I thought Yes to Miracle Oil Argan Oil 2-in-1 Cleansing + Moisturizing Facial Wipes were create as a prep for my skincare and makeup versus an actual cleansing wipe. Here’s the thing, these are a generously sized moist wipe that will take off basic makeup but they’ll struggle a little with harder to remove waterproof mascara and eye makeup. As I said above, they are great for quickie makeup removal so you can hop into bed faster. But they make leave traces of harder to remove makeup behind. They also aren’t terribly saturated with cleansing fluid. They are very, very subtly scented but I barely noticed it.

What they really do well is work great as a prep tool! After my shower in the morning, before applying anything to my face, I’ll take a wipe and use it on my face. I swipe it across my forehead, chin, and neck and use a bit more pressure around my cheeks to gently exfoliate where I have drier skin. I can’t use facial oil in the morning on my face as I feel like it is a bit overkill for AM use but these wipes act to give me a smooth, soft, lightly hydrated finish that’s not as greasy, shiny, or oily as using a face oil would be. They allow my skincare to absorb more easily and my makeup to look smoother. It’s almost as if I applied a small tiny touch of oil on my face as the wipe gives me that same plush, smooth finish as an oil would.

Yes to Miracle Oil Argan Oil Wipes

If you wear lightweight makeup, Yes to Miracle Oil Argan Oil 2-in-1 Cleansing + Moisturizing Facial Wipes should do you well but for those of us that wear a bit more these might need to be reserved for days you just want to get bed quick! Or do what I do and prep with them. They act wonderfully to lightly hydrate your face and get it nice and smooth for makeup!

Yes to Miracle Oil Argan Oil 2-in-1 Cleansing + Moisturizing Facial Wipes are available now at drugstore.com as well as Target.com.

These are different price points but since you tried them for the pre-makeup routine how would these compare to the Clinique Pep Start Quick Cleansing Swipes? I am combination with a really oily t-zone in 91 degree weather but get dry patches on other areas of my face, where you have the opposite issue.

I’d go with the Pep Start ones, they’ll be better for your oily t-zone!

Muse, you’re a genius. Genius I tell you! I would have never thought to use wipes as a prep for skincare and makeup. But I tried this after reading your post on it from a couple of days ago. Worked beautifully. I’ve been using retinol products a lot lately and I think this really helped with smoothing over the flaking before my applying my moisturizer and sunscreen. Keep those beauty brainstorms coming!

fantastic Deb! That’s great 😀 After I get out of the shower my skin always feels a little tight (I take hot showers) so, before I apply my skincare I just wipe my entire face down with a wipe. It seems to help removing flakes and such as well as allowing for my moisturizer to absorb 😀 Happy it also worked for you!!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried the Coconut wipes as well? How are they different in terms of effect? And which one do you recommend for drier skin?
