Bobbi Brown The Original 10 25th Anniversary Lip Color Collection includes ten shades of semi-matte finish Bobbi Brown Lipsticks. These shades are all brown-based which is the secret behind their wearability. The set comes boxed up and ready for gifting.

    I am guessing these are mini sizes as it says the ‘value’ is only $194.00 and all her lipsticks start at $28 and up? I wish Nordstroms would state that for sure. 🙁

      Agreed! I was trying to call them for a size but I’m doubtful they’ll know but I suspect they are mini, still a nice deal!

        Actually I just got off the phone with Nordys myself and the girl talked to a “Beauty Specialist” who said these were actually Full Sized! OMG! I am so buying this set (even if I can’t wear the couple of pink colors). 😀

            OMG! NOOO. They just left a message on my machine that they are only 0.07oz (normal size is 0.12oz). So a bit more than half size. I sure hope you can cancel the order!!! 🙁 Man I feel like a schmuck now.

    Oh man. I love all cosmetics, but when it comes to lip products, I’m a total sucker. You can’t do much about your foundation and concealer. I mean you are the shade you are. And blush, shadow, etc. can only take me so far. I play it pretty safe. I’m guessing I have around 200 lipsticks. Everything from wet n wild, (a red we both agree is perfect on just about anyone, of course I can’t remember the name), to luxury brands. I know they go bad, but I can’t help myself. Yes, I am getting this set.
    Btw, I thought we agreed on a no buying till Christmas? Or was that just select fragrances and cosmetics? ;-D

      Sarah so much truth 🙂 You can always play with lipsticks 😀 oh that was fragrance, I SAID NOTHING about makeup hahahaa!

    Another thing I want to say and didn’t, I have noticed that BB products have been losing their quality in the last year or so! I have read others seem to think so too. Do you know of any change in formulas? If this lip set does not have the quality of what her products should be, back it will go.

      No, not the last year, the past three to four years. I’m not sure what happened but a lot has changed. It’s a very hit or miss situation with Bobbi lately. Some eyeshadow palettes are incredible, others dry as the desert!

        That’s too bad. I was hoping it was just me. Her products are not cheap. Step it up BB. People will leave the brand and buy something else. Even her “beach” perfume does not seem the same, but the price has gone up.

            Yes, it’s not the sme. I’m a Florida girl and I love anything that smells like suntan lotion. One day several, several years ago I was at Dillard’s and smelled beach. I bought the body oil and perfume spray. Loved it from the get go. Now, there is no staying power, forget the layering thing, does not work. I’m so sad, because, there is nothing that compares to the smell of copper tone in my book. Why must these companies change the things that work? I don’t get it. It just pizzes us off!

    Sell out or appear under the counter with all the other really pretty expensive stuff at CCO…. : )

    Burnt Red is a glorious color, but that original formula is heck on my lips.

    They are brown based 1990’s type colors and some are dark, which were very in back then. But, if 90’s colors are your thing, then this is the set for you.

    I might have to have this, although I’ve worn Brown for 20+ years. I was working at our local Saks when Bobbi Brown debuted so I remember these well. At the time, it was quite novel to see shades blended with brown tones to make them universally wearable. If they’re full size, that is indeed a good value.

    I didn’t see the lipstick version until now but i saw the incredible everyday palette that she came with. Referring to Tati review the palette look amazing the formula + the blendibility is stunning and these lipstick look just as good as the palette … And i will for sure try the blackberry one.

    My makeup blog 🙂 Leopard is just something i can’t wear, i don’t know why but it’s just not my cup or tea. However i really love how you wear this scarf and how it put the look together, maybe i’ll try to use a little accessory just to see how i will feel wearing it but on my last try i ended feeling so uncomfortable.

    No, these are not full size, as per a comment above. But, who really uses up a lipstick. The last lipstick I used up till it was flat was Urban Decay Naked, in the tube that had the mini sword at the bottom. Btw, I miss that awesome packaging, so, maybe this is a good buy? You can always return it if the colors don’t work for you or you don’t think it’s a good value. That’s what I’m going on. 🙂
