Ulta Salted Caramel Body Lotion is a new Fall 2016 Limited Edition scent that recently launched at stores and online at Ulta.com which I passed on recently while in store. What was I thinking?

You need to go out now and buy all the Ulta Salted Caramel Body Lotion!

I dunno why but Ulta launched this scent in a shower gel and body lotion only and I curse them for doing so. Why no fragrance mist? Why no hand wash? Hell, do it in a shampoo and a conditioner and I’d buy it. No, but seriously, I do wish they was available in a body mist but I’ll settle for the body lotion at the very least.

Apparently, I’m not the only person that loves it because it is sold out online and in stores it is impossible to find. I passed it up recently while shopping with a friend. He was like, “OMG smell this!” and I was all, “OMG no!” When we got home that night he convinced me I had to smell it and kicked myself ever after that for not buying it. So, I quickly logged onto the Ulta’s site and scores three bottles one of which I got for free thank you very much awesome BOGO offer.

This smell lovely! It’s a warm, toasty caramel scent! I liked it so much because I knew it would pair up great with many of my favorite Fall gourmand scents. Today I wore it with one of my favorite fragrances from Lathers n’ Lights, Caramel Macchiato, and it paired up perfect with it. I’m also been layering it with many of my favorite pumpkin scents and it just adds a nice depth and warmth to my fragrances! It’s not a true caramel scent, in all honesty it’s a bit generic, but for some reason the scent just evokes for Fall and it smells beautifully paired up with pumpkin or other gourmand scents. Not to mention it absorbs a hell of a lot easier than Bath & Body Works Body Lotion!

Do like!

Sniff it in store if it is available, you might just fall in love like I did!

I did the same thing, tested the lotion, loved it, but didn’t buy it. Don’t know why, brain fart I guess. Now I NEED it. It’ll blend so nicely with some other scents that aren’t caramel-y enough. Will go with vanilla, apple, pumpkin, etc.

Thanks Muse. How does it compare to Bath and body works salted caramel lotion? I just bought the Bbw one. Thanks.

Mmmmmmm not really! BBW is a little more nourishing and my skin feels smoother when I use it!

Logged onto ULTA and ordered it as soon as I saw this review and didn’t even read it! LOL
I LOVE salted caramel anything. I did 2 body lotions and 1 body wash. Sort of added a few other things too, but who’s looking… 😉

There is this drink by Door County Coffee and Tea called Sea Salted Caramel Gourmet Cappuccino for the Kerig thing. Anyway I have never remotely liked coffee but about a year ago tried some in Sturgeon Bay, WI where the have a shop and make other coffees and teas. This tastes like candy in a warm cup! I cannot store drinking it when it gets cold. 😀
I am guessing this lotion will likely send my number of cups I drink of that yummy stuff through the roof! 😉
