As you know the Anastasia Beverly Hills Master Palette by Mario Eyeshadow Palette launched today (it’s at Ulta.com and Sephora.com right now) but the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit Ultimate Glow is really what has everyone in a tizzy. This new highlighter palette contains six gorgeous metallic shades to add a luminous glow to your complexion this Holiday season and has been making the rounds on Snapchat with many a swatch lighting up phones everywhere!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit Ultimate Glow for Holiday 2016 is a pretty tempting palette but lord knows I am crushingly bad at highlighter application! I tend to look like a disco ball whenever I attempt application. It isn’t pretty! Although I must admit I’ve had plenty of fun using the Becca Champagne Splits Shimmering Skin Perfector Mineral Blush Duos to get my strobe on.

Highlighter releases are starting to run together but ABH does have an advantage with this release as these are gorgeous metallic shades with plenty of shimmery particles. The palette will be $45 and you get six shades of highlighter that are each 0.16 oz each. This one launched at Ulta.com on 10/11 and arrives in stores on 10/20. It is now available at Sephora.com.

Shades include:

  • Snow (true icy white with platinum effect)
  • White Sand (warm beige with gold reflect)
  • Golden Dawn (warm amber with gold reflect)
  • Sunray (warm copper with peach gold lustre)
  • Amber Gold (warm rose with gold lustre)
  • Hot Sand (warm bronze with amber lustre)

Looks gorgeous doesn’t it?

Look for it October 11th at Ulta.com and hopefully soon after at Sephora.com.

Is it on your wish list?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Is it out on the website? It says coming soon.. LOL why do they have to do this!!

Nope, I mentioned in the post the launch dates! Hope this helps!

With the exception of the white & the straight gold they all look SO DARK! Beautiful for tan & dark skin, but what about light -medium skin? All the highlighter palettes have been sooo dark! They’re basically small pans of shimmery bronzer.

An FYI, for my friends who are just as obsessed with highlighters as I am: the palette is available on the Anastasia website. I just received my palette today, which I ordered from there. They tend to put everything out on thier own site before the release at retailers.

My apologies, please retract my above comment. Apparently, the kit is no longer on the site but it was I swear!

For those of you looking for the highlighter kits for pale/lighter skins, Anastasia has the “Moonchild” glow kit, the “Sweets” glow kit and the “Gleam” Glow Kit (Gleam kit may have been limited edition, not sure if it is still available). All 3 of these are geared toward fair/light skin tones. I am fair-skinned, blonde, blue-eyed and love all 3 of these palettes.

Ok. So, I have the pallete right next to me. I am a light-medium skin tone–people would say I’m just white looking but I have a yellow warm undertone. Anyways, the highlighters are really beautiful.. Better than the Moonchild formula? NO! Is it worth it? YES! Especially for the holidays. The way this pallete feels is not too smooth but enough smoothness to not whine. A little thicker than the other palletes. Also, my pallete lacks this glow in the dark. Sad. 1-10 I give it a 8.5 rating. If it actually glowed in the darks, it would jump to a 9.5 🙂
