Not one but two great Clinique Holiday 2016 Eyeshadow Palettes are coming your way! First up we have the Clinique Very Honey Holiday Eye Palette ($32.50) which is available exclusively at Sephora! But wait there’s more! We can also choose from the Ulta Exclusive Clinique Indulge in Colour Eye Palette.

Now we just have to decide which one will come home with us.

Both?

Ulta and Sephora seem to be in constant competition lately with the different exclusives each store gets! I kind of dig it 🙂 But it sure is deciding which exclusives to get.

Sephora got in stock the Clinique Very Honey Holiday Eye Palette ($32.50) (as seen above) which I’m currently leaning towards. This limited edition palette contains 13 berry, pink, and rose shades for eyes. Ulta got the far more variety filled Clinique Indulge in Colour Set ($32.50) (as seen below) which includes a selection of grays, berries, purples, and browns!

Each comes with four brushes/sponges for application and both are housed in a large plastic compact with mirror.

Now which to get?!

Both?

Very Honey?

Indulge in Colour?

I’m torn.

How about you?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I had seen the Ulta one weeks ago when it first showed up there (it’s now at Nordstrom, too) and debated getting it but held off because I’m always disappointed in Clinique eye shadows. Then the Sephora one popped up yesterday which was slightly more tempting…but I’m going to pass because if I buy one, I have to buy the other. No need to be twice disappointed!

I typically like their shadow formulas in the quads they do but not sure on massive palettes like this one!

Muse ! We’ve gotten this a while ago in Canada and the sheerness of the colors is highly disappointing. I’d suggest playing with it in stores before committing!

Yes, I always think it is wise to see and swatch the products in person – especially from brands like Clinique and Too Faced where you can never really be sure of the quality of the eye shadows. I would rather get Clinique’s Skincare bag. Thanks Dominique for the tip.

I really want Indulge in Color. At least on screen it looks like the extra cool colors I have been looking for but can never find. All the nude palettes are too orangey for my skin.

Hello. I was wondering if you could list the info that comes on the back of the box for the Very Honey Holiday palette, that says which shades come from other palettes?
I hope that doesn’t sound confusing. It’s just that I’m really interested in purchasing that palette, but I already have many Clinique eyeshadow palettes, so I’m wondering if I already have most (if not all) the shades are included in this one. And I can’t find a photo of the back of the box anywhere online. :/
