As for me, I’m waiting on the Huda Beauty Eyeshadow Palette! I need it in my life. I didn’t order it from her website because it was absurdly expensive for shipping! I believe it launches on Sephora’s site the first week of November and will likely sell out fast! So, that one is on my wish list for sure.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment or follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Bloglovin‘.

Yaaa! How wonderful Musey, girl , they are so right. I wish the pictures on the box showed more of the lips, but the eyes are nicely done. Happy to know they have an eye pallet too. I would love to get one t of the also. 🙂

      • blee

I looked into it a little more and saw that pallet .WOW! I’m a no talc person and it’s no talc. I would love to see some gloss in here lips colors or a not matte lip color in you name. The pallet is 65.00 and I think it is worth it. There are 12 full size eye colors and they look wonderful to me.

        • Isabella Muse

They do look fab! The shipping from her site was a little too crazy so I thought I’d wait until they are available at Sephora!

          • blee

I will wait with you. On the site its out of stock anyways. And it is 18 not 12 . Makes the deal even better 🙂

  • Angie

I was also eyeing the eyeshadow palette but after watching 3 reviews on it, I’m not so sure. They all said the quality was poor for the price. The swatches alone looked horrible to me but we’ll see.

  • Diana

I picked up the Muse and Trophy Wife set. I had been planning to get Muse anyway, so I figured for $4 more I could try it and two other products. I keep going back and forth on the eye palette. I’ve heard mixed reviews about it, but I really like the color scheme.

    • Isabella Muse

I got the Muse one too! I don’t like liquid lipstick but couldn’t resist getting it. I haven’t read too many reviews on it, sad to hear it isn’t any good 🙁

      • yelena

muse got the muse lippie? have u reviewed? oh I would love to hear your thoughts! there are mixed reviews online. but the price for this set is so tempting!

        • Isabella Muse

not yet, waiting for it to arrive It just launched so haven’t gotten it/reviewed it yet but will let ya know!

I got my order last Friday. I wore vixen with the lipliner it comes with and I am so in love! I haven’t tried famous yet but it looks lovely too!
the lipliner is very pigmented and easy to work with. I can see myself just using it on its own when I am pressed for time and don’t want to mess with liquid lipstick.

the liquid lipstick was easy to apply, very comfortable and long lasting. I wore it for about 6 hours before I removed it for the night and it was in good shape without any re application.

can’t wait to see your thoughts on the muse lippie!
it is definitely on my Sephora sale list!

          • Isabella Muse

sounds great!!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t wait to try mine! (haven’t yet, they are still in the box)! 🙂

  • Paola

Hey Muse don’t know if you mentioned this already but when is the Sephora VIB sale? I know I saw it somewhere! I would like to pick one of these lipstick sets up. Thanks so much!

I’m itching to get my hands on these. But like you said, shipping from their site is crazy… And Malaysia’s Sephora takes WAY too long to bring in new products and brands (remember I was raving about your Ultimate Basics palette swatches? I’m still waiting for the palette to reach us… *megapout*) Much love and have a brilliant day ❤

    • Isabella Muse

Wait, Debbie, doesn’t Sephora US now ship to your country??? Don’t quote me on it but they were offering International shipping just now sure if M’Asia is in there! I KNOW right? It was nearly $100 for the palette and shipping on her site and I was like “uh no! I can wait!” Jeepers! Sorry about the delay! I know the feeling of wanting something that takes forever to ship or isn’t available in the US 🙁 You too xoxoxoxox!

      • Debbie L.

Not from the US site because Sephora Malaysia has their own 🙁 as far as I know, the only way to get stuff shipped over here from the US site is to use those American address services but I personally feel it isn’t worth the hassle. I’m pretty much just waiting along with everyone else here… The only upside to the situation is that I’m saving up somewhat which definitely won’t happen if we had the endless options on the US site.

        • Isabella Muse

aw 🙁 That sucks! I’ve always wondered how those address services are! I was going to use one to get items shipped from the UK! hey, at least your wallet isn’t screaming in pain right? 😀

          • Debbie L.

I’ve read some pretty good stuff about those services, but I personally don’t know anyone who has tried them and yes, until I discover some hidden beauty treasure, that is ;P

          • Isabella Muse

I have too but have yet to try it myself! I thought it would be a nicer way to get stuff from the UK without bugging my friend constantly to send me stuff heheh! Maybe we can just buy jet of our own?

I actually got to purchase the eyeshadow palette last weekend at the Sephora F&F sale/private shopping event. The shadows are a GORGEOUS mix of mattes, satins and metallics. Those that I swatched on the back of my hand stayed on, without primer, the entire night until I slathered remover on my hands before jumping in the shower. The colors are richly pigmented and have a slight wet feel to them like they have primer added to the formula, the metallics definitely need to be applied with fingers and dabbed to blend, to get the full effect. This one is called the Rose Gold Palette and I am hoping she follows up with more in the very near future.

    Hi Muse

I waaanntt.. I’ve tried the liquid matte lippies in Bombshell and Venus. Bought them in a cube store, hard to get cos they vanish fast. And thank goodness they are 100% authentic.

Yaaas they didnt last long. But,like you, I just had to grab ’em for keeps. Me itchy hands just gotta hahahah But I love their finish and how pigmented these lippies are. They just didnt last long. Wearing a lipliner and filling the lipliner on lips helped them to last a wee more longer though.. But hooot.. Im still eyeing for more Huda Beauty liquid matte lippies! want more hahah
