About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. They also launched a new eye shadow palette. I’m probably in the minority here, but I tried the Nudes, Goldens and Roses palettes — and hated them. So I’m passing on the Jewels one, too. For the record, I used your tried and true method of a sponge-tipped applicator, but still hated them. I think it’s the formula which I think is more akin to Japanese products. In any case, I really dislike Cover Girl and only tried the palettes because they got such good reviews. But not this time!

That foundation is one of my all time favorites! I am looking forward to trying the concealer 😀

I received the concealer, powder and lipstick in a voxbox today. I’m undecided.

I could not say better things about Cover Girl Clean foundation I just finished one bottle without the pump although it was on the pinky side for my fair skin once applied it gave me great natural coverage. No stickiness no hassle I actually really love it and will get another one. A nice smooth coverage. ❤ Have also enjoyed their new three blush baked shades! .
