Glamglow GravityMud Sonic Blue Firming Treatment Because Sonic the Hedgehog

Glamglow GravityMud Sonic Blue Firming Treatment hit Sephora.com and I want it because Sonic the Hedgehog OMG! As a gamer this completely slayed me but I’m not a big Glamglow fan girl to be honest, I don’t get the hype.

But I remember the first time I played Sonic the Hedgehog was on a babysitting job. I can’t really remember how old I was at the time but I just remember being introduced to the joys of Sonic and being utterly disenchanted with Nintendo after that first time playing it. Granted, Sonic would never take over my love of Mario but at the time it was an exciting and new console so, of course, I needed to have a Sega to call my own. That night when the little boy I was babysitting went to sleep I totally sat there until his parents got home playing Sonic the Hedgehog. Thankfully, he didn’t wake up once through my binge and I left there with a goofy grin on my face and the plan to get my own Sega as soon as humanly possible.

Memories! Memories evoked by Glamglow GravityMud Sonic Blue Firming Treatment which is currently breaking the Internet as everyone and their mom across blogs, Instagram, and youTube rave its awesomeness. This one is a vibrant blue and a peeling mask that firms to reveal tighter, more lifted skin, and a brighter complexion.

Sadly, I haven’t quite found a Glamglow mask that works for me yet. Most seem a bit over hyped.

Do I need this Sonic Blue one? My geeky good nature is telling me yes but my logical side is telling me no.

Tried it?

Do share!

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. Ohhh I feel you on this. I want this only because of Sonic too haha. That’s an unexpected collab for sure!

I havent tried it, and just like you never got on with GlamGlow well enough to justify the price tag. But then again… A gamers edition of a face mask…

  • diane

we are two of the same. i tried this mask in the original color and it didn’t do anything but but but this IS FREAKIN SONIC BLUE!!!!! i want it, but i can’t do it =(

  • Janessa

I definitely want this JUST because of Sonic. I have the same love for that game and can hear the chiming in my head from collecting the rings in the bonus lands 😀

Is this the same as the other mask in the purple box?? It just got badass packaging??

    • Isabella Muse

haha me too! That ka-ching noise sticks with me! It is, it’s just new packaging. The blue mask has been around from my understanding, the packaging is LE though!

I love me some games (why yes I did pre-order the Switch) but what does Sonic have to do with a face mask? Love the packaging but I am confused…..maybe it’s just my cold. Can someone make me some tea?

    • Isabella Muse

lol! Tea on the way! I think it’s just the blue color. Metallic blue=sonic!

Glam glow has been a let down for me. Is it worth the price , hells no. I am not impressed by the Hollywood “link”, and it is so overrated at this point it’s ridiculous. I loathe peel masks, I like the kind you can wash off in the shower or with a wash cloth. So this as a no brainier for me. As for you my dear, the only thing that has Sonic on it is the packaging. They didn’t even put him on the jar. Wth? I would pass. I am a mask and face mist lover as much as you, this is a pass for me. But, hey it’s your money honey. 🙂

I have tried everything Glamglow and hated ever one of them.
I don’t get the hype either. I’m not a gamer though. But the products left me wondering how they sell. (I’m a new product junkie)
