Honest Beauty Everything Organic Facial Oil Launches for $55 and My Jaw Dropped

Good morning people of the Internet today I have the pleasure of telling you about Honest Beauty Everything Organic Facial Oil which is $55. Wait, what? Yeah, I know I had that moment to when I saw this. Josie Maran’s Argan Oil didn’t even hit the $50 mark so, I have to admit this new oil from Honest Beauty surprised me. Honest Beauty launched a line of color cosmetics and skincare last Spring at Ulta but most of it stood at mid-range pricing. I do believe this new facial oil creeps into the higher end world.

But hey, I’m a skincare junkie, I’ll buy it if it’s as good as it sounds. Apparently this is a USDA certified organic facial oil that replenishes moisture with pure seed and fruit oils like chia seed oil which have omega-3 fatty acids as well as apricot kernel oil which is rich in vitamin E. It’s fragrance, paraben, and silicone-free as well.

Worth the $55? Debatable.

Honest Beauty Everything Organic Facial Oil is available now at Ulta.com.

P.S. I am struggling hard today as I try to avoid my normal haunts like www.reddit.com/r/Sherlock and www.fanfiction.net/tv/Sherlock because I’ve been traveling and so did not see the Final Problem yet. I mean even opening Twitter means I have to avoid reading tweets for fear of spoilers. I’ll get through this without spoilers right? I mean it’s just today, talk will die down soon right? Right!?

God, I hope I make it through.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND WATCH IT!!!!

    That is all…..:)

Seriously, you need to watch it

What about that new Josie Maran Argan “reserve” oil — $78 for .05 oz. She signed and numbered all of them. Maybe expensive oils is going to be the new trend in the skin care world.

    • Isabella Muse

haha I saw that, yeah, expensive oils as a trend, I can totally see that happening 😀

Happy Monday & hope you’re feeling better!

I’ve been using a boots no7 organic orchid facial oil and it’s been amazing for my acne prone skin. It’s actually been fading some of my scaring on my forehead from years of acne and blackheads; it’s not *supposed* to do it but it excels where the expensive lotions & potions epicly failed. It’s lightly moisturizing without my skin becoming an oil slick.

We haven’t watched the last Sherlock ep yet either and trying to stay off of tumblr to avoid spoilers. I’m super behind but I’ve been watching Torchwood~holy moly! It’s fantastic! I’m only partway through the 2nd season and was having a complete meltdown when Owen was shot & killed! Then the glove! Resurrection! Declarations of true love! Death! so much was going on.

MUCH thanks! 🙂 I haven’t tried Boots to be honest, I’m glad it’s working for you 😀 It always feels great when I find an HG inexpensive skincare pick 😀 Likewise, I’m trying to avoid all my normal haunts today for fear something will be given away! OMG glad you’re experiencing torchwood for the first time, try to avoid Miracle Day though ugh!

      • Ruth

The terrible reviews of Miracle Day are hilarious! But the ep where Capt. Jack & Spike lock lips is hella swoon-worthy! whoo boy!

  • Jennifer

The internet is flooded with spoilers. Avoid it at all costs. And then give us your thoughts! I have to re-watch it. My cable was acting odd and the sound kept going in and out. I missed some crucial dialog!

I am doing my best 😀 I’ve avoided most all news sites today and haven’t been reading twitter or facebook feeds 😀

  • Bonnie

Muse, I haven’t watched Sherlock yet either and am also avoiding Internet! I’m going to see it at a movie theater tonight with my best friend–so excited!

I have to confess that I would never buy anything Honest after the issues reported with her sunscreen not working. The only oil that has ever worked for me is Tarte’s, but I still find that I prefer other skincare over it.

I totally agree with you. It seems this company has had problems with “honest” in the past and I will pass on this.

Speaking of skin care, have you all heard of the Korean 7-skin method? It’s where you pat a toner into your skin multiple times with the goal of having your skin absorb and hold more of that moisture. I could give you a couple of interesting links but I don’t want to be accused of spamming. If you google that phrase, there’s a reddit discussion that I found useful. People on it were using commonly available to us items like witch hazel, aloe juice, and rosewater instead of buying expensive products.
