Estee Lauder Defining Powder is Quite Unique

Probably one of the most interesting makeup bruhses I’ve seen of late is the new Estee Lauder Defining Powder Brush ($47). It appears to fold in on itself. I mean if we can fold our makeup brushes up for storage that would be so damn cool. But technically, you can’t literally fold this one up! The brushes just have an interest folded in design.

The brush features a special sculpted design that acts to hug the contours and angles of your face and makes contouring, highlighting, and powder application easy and flawless.

Estee Lauder Defining Powder Brush is available at Nordstrom.com.

P.S. We’re a few sleeps away from the Doctor Who Season 10 premiere. For the first time since I was like 8 I’m suddenly disenchanted with Doctor Who. Although, they did redeem themselves with the Holiday special so, maybe there’s hope for more awesome in S10 plus Missy is back! That’s enough to make any Doctor Who fan excited. I also heard a rumor that Damien Molony might be the next Doctor. Shut the hell, where do I sign yes on that?! There’s also rumors of a chance that we’ll finally see a female in the Tardis. But, that’s neither here nor there at the moment. First we have to get through S10 and hopefully a good S10 at that doubt.

May the fortunes fall in our favors, Whovians!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Whoa, this looks interesting. I’m not sure what I think about it. The shape might limit the ways it could be used though?

Yeah! def! If you contour a lot it may be handy otherwise there isn’t much you can do with it!

I just saw a video where this brush was used to apply blush and it got a good review because it “cups” the apple of the cheek. Still isn’t one that’s coming home with me but if someone has problems with blush this might be a good one.
