Forever 21 Gets In On The Rainbow Highlighter Game

Hey, for under $6 bucks you probably need a Rainbow Highlighter in your life and Forever 21 has your back. Forever 21 Rainbow Highlighter arrives just in time for Spring 2017 in a shimmering wave of multi-colors. Earlier last week, Ulta released a Rainbow Highlighter for ten bucks but the Forever 21 one is even cheaper at $5.90. I still question how many mermaids, unicorns, and magical moments I need in my makeup life. I’m not so sure about the rainbow trend of the moment but I won’t knock it either because people are all kinds of creative on Instagram when using these types of products.

If you’re wanting to embrace the trend yourself I’m sure dishing out under six bucks for a Rainbow Highlighter is a lot friendlier than Tarte’s $30 one.
Get this one at forever21.com with Free Shipping on orders of $21 or more using promo code FEST21.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Hope this looks more rainbow-like on the skin than the Tarte one did. I found the Tarte one disappointing.

I didn’t try it yet but Tarte’s looked a little frosty!

Do any of these translate to actual colors, or do they just look bright and shiny?

I’m skipping the Firever 21 already have two from WetnWild. Love to stare at them! They actually do not show the crazy colors unless you really dig into the specific color you want instead you get a nice shine. I do like them a lot! But I believe all the other highliters from W&W are better than this. Bring in the mermaids and the unicorns! I like them all!
