Lancome Matte Shaker High Pigment Liquid Lipstick Arrives

Lancome Matte Shaker High Pigment Liquid Lipstick are a new take on Lancome’s Juicy Shaker that launched last year. Remember those? How can you forget the little cocktail shaped bi-phase formula right?

But, of course, it only makes sense to cash in on the success of Juicy Shakers and introduce them in a more pigmented and matte formula. Although, they were actually a little hyped up for me so, maybe this new version might tickle my fancy!.

Lancome Matte Shaker High Pigment Liquid Lipstick ($22) apparently have a highly pigmented formula with a lightweight texture and a matte finish that doesn’t dry lips out. The water-in-oil emulsion seems to be the same shake and apply bi-phase formula as the original shaker formula. The color is buildable and sets to a transfer-free finish.

Looking at them they actually appear to be more of a stain than a matte lipstick. And I’m picturing that’s exactly the sort of finish and look these will deliver!

Shades include:

  • Beige Vintage
  • Energy Peach
  • Kiss Me Cherie
  • Magic Orange
  • Pink Power
  • Red-Y in 5
  • Yummy Pink

Lancome Matte Shaker High Pigment Liquid Lipstick now available at nordstrom.com.

I plan on trying them. I have 2 of the Juicy Shakers and love them.

I was a little disappointed with my Juicy Shakers but I still liked the nude one I purchased and use it for natural nude lips 😀

Huh, i’m not sure how I feel about that applicator for a matte formula? I need to try it out at a store I guess. I wore my oil one over and over last summer but stopped around August and haven’t pulled it back out, I just looked and it still smells nice.

I think I would like these better than the oil ones. I don’t pay premium prices for sheer tints of near nothingness, no matter if they smell nice or if they’re moisturizing since I live in a humid climate and although I have naturally dryer lips, a lip balm does the job.

the shakers were indeed very expensive for what you got! ITA!
