Mediheal E.G.T Midnight Capping Pack is one of those sleeping packs I buy over and over and over again. You see, saying I repurchase a sleeping mask is pretty rare since I don’t like them. I have a pretty intricate nightly skincare routine and I feel like sleeping packs (or sleeping masks) screw with my routine. You know that weird feeling you get when you apply makeup setting mist at the end of applying a face full of fantastic makeup? That odd little spidey sense tingle that makes you feel like you’re about to screw up your entire face of makeup by misting yourself?

That’s how I feel about sleeping packs. Totally a dumb feeling that’s completely illogical but for some reason I feel like applying a sleeping pack on top of my essence, serum, moisturizer, etc…is going to just freak things up.

But the one I keep going back to is Mediheal E.G.T Midnight Capping Pack because it softens, smooths, plumps, and hydrates my skin that I can find no fault with it.

Beauty Clinic Mediheal E.G.T Midnight Capping Pack comes housed in a little foil envelope with a spout located at the lower left hand corner. You can get about three uses from the mask and it remains fresh thanks to the little spout that can be capped and uncapped during use. I actually get about two uses from the mask as I’m quite generous with application. But if you’re a little stingy you can definitely stretch this out and get three to even five uses from a single packet.

Apparently it contains Al-Spider Peptide-1 as well as everyone’s favorite ingredient, snail slime! So, I’m morbid and my mind went to a tarantula and a snail having a battle to the death. Imagine that? Ew! The texture has that same sticky, stringy thing going on that we recently saw with the coveted (by yours truly) NETZ Spidersilk Luminessence that I spoke about earlier last month! Well, not exactly. It’s actually a very thick, creamy texture but you’ll notice your palms will stick to your face a little during the application process.

As per the name, this is a sleeping mask so, you’ll apply it as the last step of your routine and go to sleep with it on. No, this doesn’t mean you’ll have to sleep on your back to avoid it getting on your pillow. It’s basically applied the same way a moisturizer would be. You want it to fully absorb before heading to bed. I apply a rather thick layer of it and gently lay my palms on my face to allow it to absorb. In the morning, you’ll rinse it off.

I love how smooth, soft, hydrated, and plump my complexion is in the morning after using this. It’s a great way to restore much needed moisture and to soften skin. If you have finer lines due to dryness this will help plump and smooth them out.

If your skin needs that little something extra, Mediheal E.G.T Midnight Capping Pack is it. It’ll soften, smooth, and add extra moisture to skin while giving it a plush, plumped up appearance.

Do try it!

I don’t quite grasp the concept of sleeping packs. I understand the theory but I don’t understand how it’s that much different than the rest of the night time skin care of already layered on for the evening. I just haven’t seen a need to add it to my routine, I guess. Although I quite often use a sheet mask before my serums (multiple) and moisturizer.

yeah sleeping packs are kind of weird! I always feel like I’m going to screw up my entire routine by adding them in. Sometimes I’ll just use a sleeping pack versus anything else on my face to get the best benefits from the mask versus applying it on top of a load of other skincare 😀

Since I use Retin A. I use AQUALIA THERMAL NIGHT SPA once or twice a week. I originally thought why would I use something on top of my other night time products? Well let me tell you, my skin is so soft, plump and hydrated in the morning. I love it. I think I will try this Mediheal E.G.T Midnight Capping Pack, I like the idea of the cap.
