AVAILABLE NOW! At TooFaced.com!!!

I literally had to pull to the side of the road when my friend called me and said their was an adorable Too Faced Clover Eyeshadow Palette coming in August. What? When? Where? Of course, I had to whip out my phone, login to my WordPress dashboard and start blogging it! Jerrod Blandino posted an image of a cute pastel palette today that features his little chihuahua, Clover, and all his friends in thee most adorable Tokidoki-like printed palette. The Too Faced Clover Eyeshadow Palette contains 18 softer, cooler shades of pastel and will launch in August 2017 which means it will likely be a Too Faced Fall 2017 Collection of sorts.

According to his short blurb on the photo they’ll be a Too Faced Animal Rescue Fund they’ll also be launching so, I imagine sales from the palette will go to their animal charity.

Needless to say the palette is adorable although I don’t do pastels so well but as a Tokidoki fan the print on the palette was literally one of the first things that caught my attention and eye. It’s really a cutesy print and much better don than the Too Faced Too Cute Eyeshadow Palette that I felt was a bit immature. I was also pleased to see all the shades are one uniform size! I’m one of those people that dislike having the base shades bigger than other shades in the palette.

Jerrod hasn’t share a price nor is there information about where it’ll be available or if it’ll be limited edition. I’m sure as we get nearest to Summer we’ll here plenty more about this exciting release.

What do you think of the Too Faced Clover Eyeshadow Palette?

Plan on picking it up?

The biggest reason I would get this palette is to support the Too Faced Animal Rescue Fund and that is if a large portion of the sale goes towards it. I have way too many Too Faced shadow palettes and have really been disappointed in the latest offerings. Either the colors look washed out or muddy when blended. I miss their old quality. While I just got the Natural Love palette, I’m happy with it, but not in love with it. I’ll probably wait for your review before I pick it up.

  • Lily H.

I would only pick this up if the product was as good as the packaging. Honestly I think they should just make this a tin pencil case. I’d totally buy one! That said, it looks promising 🙂

  • Ariane

I really want it. I Do find the print too Much and Childish on the outside but the inside is so gorgeous ! The Bunny and the panda are ugly while the narwhal and Clover are so cute. I really like the color selection inside i hope the pigmentation Will be great.

  • Michelle

I hope it is not limited edition. That would be rather stupid if it is for their charity they should want to keep it permanent to keep the money coming in. I sure hope there is no Clover Pallet drama like the Peach Pallet. I think I will get it! I love Too Faced eyeshadow! Their pallets just make getting ready for work a little more fun!

  • Kellie

The colors are pretty but I just don’t know about Too Faced right now. I was so disappointed with their Peanut Butter & Honey Palette and their semi-shady marketing techniques with the Sweet Peach Palette that I am totally turned off on this brand right now. 🙁

However, the shades are unique compared to what they usually put out and it does have an end of summer- fall vibe twist to the pastels, so there is that!

  • Kat

I LOVE the packaging and the idea of a charity! Unfortunately, I just know all those colors will look absolutely terrible on my skin tone. I get how the colors go with the cute theme but i just wish it were more wearable so i could justify buying it.

  • Cheryl

Honestly, I agree with what Kellie said. This brand has been shoving new releases down everyone’s throat and creating unnecessary and unwarranted hype by limiting available quantities and staggering releases. The frenzy is simply unwarranted for the quality that has been produced lately. This packaging is a bit juvenile for my tastes and the color selection will be challenging for many skin tones, age ranges, and occasions. I would rather just donate my money to an existing, established, and dedicated animal charity (which I do anyway) than buy another palette of questionable quality and utility so that Too Faced can donate a small percentage from my purchase to an unknown organization.

I’m kinda over Too Faced. I don’t know anyone who would wear yellow eyeshadow. They pushed the peach Pallette to where it was going for over 100$ on eBay, now it’s available everywhere, and it’s in stock. So, this Pallette is a no go for me. I hated the Peanut Butter and Honey. That was returned to Ulta within a few days. I think Too Faced sold out, and I can tell. Tarte, is not far behind. Same redundant colors Pallette after Pallette. Ok, I’m done with my rant.

  • Susan

Is this an April Fool’s joke? It’s even more sickeningly-sweet-cutesy-poo than the Too Cute palette. And I really can’t believe a company would launch something so pastel as part of a fall release.

  • Cat

This is the first Too Faced palette I’ve been excited about for a while! I don’t like the smelly palettes and the Natural Love just didn’t excite me at all. Hopefully, this will have better quality than the Peanut Butter and Honey palette.

  • Brian

I am hoping for the quality to be up to par with older Too Faced palettes. But I am not gonna lie I think I will pick it up just because of the packaging. It is too cute to pass up!

  • Jeri S

I don’t like the cutesy packaging, but I do like the colors and if the proceeds are supporting an animal charity you can count me in.

  • Kathleen Smith-Woodcock

It seems like an odd time of year to release a pastel palette. Usually a spring thing but if its good thats all that matters

    • Isabella Muse

Agreed but they will probably get this to us mid-August so, it’ll be a little more Summer to get through ;D

  • Allison

I have 2 palettes the callab with Nikki Tutorial, was nothing to get excited about. It was all hype and lacked the quality you would expect at that price point. It was high end price at a dollar store quality. The Peach Palette collection was okay. I bought all 3. I don’t know what I was thinking. I think Utube made me buy it. I prefer the Anastasia Beverly Hills one over that. I also have that little tiny Winter 3 pack with a light bronzer & highlighter and a little heart brush. I can’t” remember the name. It was cute but way overpriced for what Little product you got.

I’m pretty turned off of Too Faced these day’s. All hype and that’s it. I think I’m all make-uped out at this point. I have way too many palettes.

  • Allison

Hahaha!! Oops! Somehow it got deleted. So no I’m skipping this one. I won’t be buying this palette.

  • Isa

I can’t decide if this is incredibly cute or incredibly juvenile, but it still really appeals to me!

I hope they put more effort into the quality of the actual eyeshadows, especially since it has so many lighter shades. If they are not pigmented enough, they would basically translate to looking the same on the eyes, especially on darker skin tones.

    • Isabella Muse

likewise! I love Tokidoki and the print reminds me of that but I also see the immaturity of it as well 😀 I still love it though! Agreed, hopefully good quality!

  • Susan

I think my comment vanished, or perhaps it was not approved because I spoke rather harshly about the packaging. OK, let’s just say it’s a big “no way in heck” for me. 😉 I’m very turned off by TF any more after their quality decline and am getting more interested in other brands. They seem to be all about the packaging any more, and for the price I just can’t.

However, speaking of fall releases, I read that Anastasia Beverly Hills is going to have a “sister” palette to their Modern Renaissance one. Now, that, I’m on board for!

    • Isabella Muse

I have 200 comments to get through today sorry Susan, this one appeared before any of the others on you may have left so I’m replying to it first. I don’t delete comments, everyone can say what they want so long as it is in a respectable manner 🙂 As soon as I come across your other comment, I’ll approve it! Sorry for the delay. Their quality has decreased considerably I agree completely. Oh goodie! I’ll def get on board wth that 😀

        • Isabella Muse

my pleasure! Don’t be shy about sharing your opinion, I promise you are not censored here 🙂 comments are just on approval and waiting for me to get through ’em!

    • Bela T

OMG they are??????!!!!!!!! I just recently (FINALLY) purchased the MR a few days ago and I cannot put it down I love it!!!! I have been using it everyday so far if they have the sister palette coming I’m game! Then again, I don’t follow the what’s coming features in the makeup world, until it is listed on here haha.. As far as TooFaced I am done with them, I bought the Bon Bons palette right before the Estee Lauder sell off, the colors are nice etc etc but what drives me NUTS is the chocolate smell it literally takes a good 2 hours for the smell to fade, it does have good staying power (I work 10 hour shifts so fading and how long it lasts is important) so I will give it that..

  • Janessa

I’ll be picking this up solely based on the packaging and cause behind the palette. I swear Clover is my spirit animal 😀

  • Kimmyyy

I was going to say that this reminds me of Tokidoki!! I honestly at first glance thought this was from an Asian bran – this looks so much like something you’d see from foreign makeup companies. I personally love the cutesy packaging but can also understand why others don’t. I really don’t know how well I’d do with some of those colors, though!

I also agree with everyone saying they’re sick of Too Faced and all of the hype they generate with their super limited LE releases. It makes me want to not support the company. I don’t own a single thing from them in the first place (except for deluxe samples I’ve received in either my Play or Ipsy bags).

  • Nat

Okay, I have to have this. However, when I saw the date you posted it I had a horrifying moment of thinking it was an April Fools prank! 😀

  • Lori

Firstly-I think I’d have to see swatches at the very least and preferably in person. It looks wearable at first glance, because I’m pale and neutral/cool but I always like to see for myself. Secondly-I agree with everybody about the Too Faced hype. The last palette I got from them was the Bon Bons, which I love. I’ve passed on everything since then though, wasn’t even tempted! Finally-I do like the way they included icons from other collections in the design-the little peach is on there, the heart right in the middle looks like the blush compacts, the little piece of toast from the Peanut Butter palettes.

  • kjh

Have been off tf for years, but Clover is another story. Dogs can overcome my feelings on Kawai’i. As long as it isn’t scented (wet dog, anyone?) or as bad as white choc chip, I’ll at least swatch it. But, not holding my breath. Pastels are hard. And is there a makeup fiend over 12 who doesn’t know about the general plummet in tf quality? But Clover sure is a Cutie, and worthy of being a mascot and a palette.

  • Bren

Isabella, do you know the actual date that this is going to be released? Will Sephora and Ulta have it as well? I must own this palette!!!

    • Isabella Muse

There are mixed reports about the date of the 28th or the 29th. But no official word from TF yet. Not sure on retailers. As soon as info becomes available I promise to post 🙂

      • Bren

I am waiting, can hardly stand it, lol. I am a dog owner and lover as well, so the money is going to a great cause

        • Isabella Muse

aw 😀 as soon as I have an exact date promise I’ll post for you!

  • Jessica

Muse, do you know when this will be available? were on sep and dont know anything about this palette 🙁
