Flormar Arrives from Turkey Into US Drugstores

Flormar? Never heard of it? It’s a Turkish beauty and makeup brand that’s launching at drugstores here in the US. Up until now I’ve never heard of it but on a recent trip to Harmons a ton of brightly colored displays caught my eye and of course, being the beauty magpie that I am, I instantly swiveled my head around to have a peek! The displays revealed rows of lipsticks, blushes, and eyeshadow all at affordable prices starting at $5 bucks.

Hmm…!

I actually didn’t buy anything which is pretty darn amazing for me as it’s hard to pass up on new makeup! But I did indeed pass it by…! But nothing could keep me from sitting down at my computer first chance I got to look up Flormar and see what the good word was. They have a rather extensive website but when I looked under store locator there was nothing about them launching in the US.

I wonder if Harmons and Face Values might be the only place Flormar is launching or are there plans to bring it into more drugstores within the US? No word as of yet but I hope we’ll hear more soon. I’ll share info as it becomes available and I’ll probably go back and pick up some items to review as the brand quite reminds me of Kiko.

I love Harmons is extending their makeup lines lately. They started carrying Missha a few months ago as well and now Flormar too! I wonder who’s next?!

Visit www.flormar.com if you want to explore more of the line!

Anyone ever heard of this brand?

Or even tried it?

Do share!

You had me at “reminds me of Kiko”!!!!!!
Sadly I don’t have a Harmon’s nearby…the closest I have is a Bed, Bath, and Beyond with the extended beauty department, and a Christmas Tree Shop. All the signage in their beauty sections says “Harmons” so I’ll cross my fingers…

Think there’s a write up on the founder on Elle online. Did read about it somewhere in the ionosphere.

Flormar is an Italian brand, now made in Turkey and owned by Yves Rocher. 🙂

There is a Flormar store in the Garden State Plaza mall. I’ve only been there once and regretfully I didn’t buy anything. They have an amazing number of products there. One of these days I’ll get back there….

Hi guys! Flormar is in fact a Turkish brand which is sold to Yves Rocher 🙂 If you like non-drying matte lipsticks (like old Tarte ones) i could definitely recommend their liquid lipsticks! Also their eyeliners are also quite pigmented and resists sweat better than most brands. Also the blushes are good, too. I dont use any nail polish but they were quite famous with their nail polishes for soo long!

I picked up yet another liquid lip stick at harmon, the other stuff looked interesting.
however website indicated a store at Garden State Plaza—

the polish brand (name escapes me) had a store there too, must be a test store if Flormar is going in there, GSP is a good location for that .

I was just in my local And That (that has a Harmon’s inside it) and these were no where to be found. 🙁 Maybe it’s just the proper Harmon’s so far. Hope they expand.

Like you, I saw the displays at Harmons and I liked the displays. I didn’t buy anything, but like you, that was the first I had seen any Flormar cosmetics….although I am not a cosmetic junkie, so I wouldn’t necessarily have seen it before.

Yeah totally new for me too! 🙂 I guess we need to explore!

    Hi Bella Muse

How are you? Flormar and Yves Rocher’s cosmetics are sold here in Brunei. Good price too. Wanted to try their foundations buttt most shades are too dark for me. I have their blush on blush in shade Sunny Coral. It smells nice, silky finish and stays on for a decent couple of hours (like from morning til around 3-4pm)

I tried their long wearing lippies too, opaque and pigmented! But, not as long wearing, and color says nude however too dark for me (im an NC15 in mac) but a good nude for medium skintones.

ooooh and and I bought myself new Yves Rocher lipsticks and they smell like Chanel lippies *sniff sniff oooh lala * Prices range from 13, 17 and 20 Brunei Dollars (thats about USD8, UsD10 and UsD17 I think..)

Eid coming soon hence a skincare and makeup haul on the wayyy yaaaay

    Love from Brunei xx

I’m in the UK, where we don’t have Flormar either, but I’ve been using their products for a couple of years due to holidays in the Canary Islands where they have Flormar. The products are very good! The stores are always laid out exactly like Kiko and the design of the packaging is a lot like Kiko too, my sister and I have always chuckled at the similarity! I hope you get to try the products soon, they’re very good x

Ha! Funny as I thought it was funny how much it reminded me of Kiko and now you confirmed it 🙂 I’m looking forward to trying it. I was a little skeptical but your ravings have me curious 😀

Have not spotted them in West LA/Marina Del Rey/Culver City either anywhere in LA and I bombarded by all kinds of shops here which is dangerous to my poor bank account. Lol! I must try a blush when I see them.
