New Revlon Photoready Primer Formulas Launch for Summer

The Revlon Selfie-Ready, Simplified Collection brings us two new Revlon Photoready Primers as well as a few repromoted products from their Photoready line. The two newest formulas are Revlon Photoready Pore Reducing Primer and Revlon Photoready Brightening Primer.

I happen to be a major fan of Revlon Photoready Primer as you already know and I’ve recommended it numerous times in the past. I was pretty excited they decided to extend this wonderful primer to add two different new formulations.

This collection also includes repromoted products like Revlon Photoready Prime + Antishine, Photoready Eye Primer + Brightener, and Photoready Translucent Finisher as well as a repromote of the original Photoready Primer formula I love so much!

Revlon Photoready Pore Reducing Primer promises to minimize pores while providing a matte finish where as Photoready Brightening Primer brightens and evens skin tone.

I think the thing I loved most about the Photoready formula was the fact it was a silicone formula but not an uncomfortable one nor one that made me itchy the way a lot of silicone primers do. Not to mention it applied easily on my drier skin and had a light, creamy texture that provided a smooth canvas for foundation to adhere too. It’s definitely a game changer in the silicone primer world.

I’ll be reviewing both of these formulas shortly.

Has anyone tried them?

Not the new ones, but the “original” one is my favorite primer after reading about here. I’ll be interested to see your review on these. I saw them at BBB yesterday and held off.

It’s great stuff isn’t it!? I really love it 😀 I’ll have a review shortly for ya!

Sounds good. I like hourglass mood primer, though it’s light for summer. Might get the Becca purple one…the sample is good. Don’t always want to brighten at the primer level, though. Too many silicones high on the list is always a deal breaker. Clogging. Nice to know this isn’t too silicone-y. Look forward to the reviews.

I am really interested in the pore minimizing/mattifying version for summer. I absolutely love the hourglass mineral veil primer for this time of year, but it is so stinking expensive! Maybe this will be a good alternative. I am looking forward to your review! If it ain’t Muse approved it, it ain’t worth buying!

Can’t wait for reviews and swatches on the “white” brightening one! I’ve had my eye on it….
