Better later than never to this beauty trend, Philosophy! Philosophy’s new no rinse micellar water removes dirt, oil, and makeup while leaving skin hydrated and toned without the need for water or rinsing.
I’m not a fond fan of micellar water! I mean I’m cool with it in a hurry but I never feel truly clean using it. I’m a traditionalist that needs a little lather and water to feel truly clean. But as a Philosophy girl I’m excited to give this a try.
