I figure if I’m going to use a highlighter it needs to be with easy to apply formula. Lancome Dual Finish Highlighter ($39.50) is a new dual-textured highlighter starts out life as a cream but turns melts into a fine powder during application. The idea is the create a smooth, even finish on skin because all know how tricky highlighter can be during application and the fact that it clings and adheres to ever single minor imperfection on your face.

Lancome’s formula was created to melt into skin without cake or falling into visible pores or finer lines. The light-enhancing pearl finish gives skin a gorgeous luminous glow while the formula, infused with triglycerides and vitamin E, has a hydrating feel provides the glow you crave in a lightweight, smooth, and even finish.

Shades include:

  • Shimmering Buff
  • Luminous Gold
  • Radiant Rose Gold
  • Dazzling Bronze
  • Sparkling Peche

Lancome Dual Finish Highlighter is $39.50 and available now at nordstrom.com.

Looks interesting to use, but I think with all the other makeup companies out there with their own highlighters (Becca & Urban Decay) come to my mind, Lancôme is a little late to the party. I will definitely be interested in what bloggers will have to say about it when it’s swatched or on your face. Thanks for posting.

Lancôme may be late to the game, but I think they knocked it out of the park with this product. It is the best highlighter I have purchased in years. It melts into skin and left a beautiful, natural glow. By the way, I used Sparking Peche for my light to medium skin with yellow undertones.

Oh wow! I didn’t read your headline at first and thought they were single eyeshadows for nearly $40!! I was thinking they were out of their damn minds. The heat must be getting to me. These are pretty but there’s just too many other highlighter options now.
