Erborian Touch Pen Complexion Sculptor and Concealer ($31) is a new click pen concealer that can be used under eyes to conceal dark circles or anywhere on the fact that is in need of concealing or correcting. The formula is enriched with centella asiatica which is apparently known for it’s smoothing properties.

Here’s my review and swatches!

I’ve had a rather long and winding road with Korea Brand, Erborian. It’s a brand well loved by K-Beauty fans but I actually don’t really like a lot of their offerings or at least that was the case until I tried their Touch Pen Complexion Sculptor and Concealer.

The Touch Pen Complexion Sculptor and Concealer is rather expensive and small (0.16 oz) but after trying it out for size I can safely say I’d likely re-purchase it. This comes in a click pen with an attached fluffy sponge applicator much like the ones we’ve seen on Visee CC Concealer and Burberry Cashmere Concealer. In order to use, you simply click the bottom of the pen and concealer flows into the applicator which can be swiped under eyes and blended out with fingers. A lot of people hate this style of applicator as it isn’t exactly hygienic but I actually like them! It makes for really easy application and you can even use the little puff to gently blend the color out.

The concealer has a lot going for but shade selection isn’t one. They only have two shades available one for lighter tones and one for medium tones. I got the medium tone and even that ran quite light. Keep that in mind prior to a purchase.

The formula is divine. It’s runs thicker but it’s creamy and very easy to blend. It’s everything I love about a concealer formula and everything I wish other brand’s would embrace. It’s lightly hydrating, blends super easily under my drier, finely lined eyes, and it’s pigmented enough to conceal my puffy, tired eyes and finer lines. It’s also quite brightening which gives me the appearance of being well rested when in fact I’m not. I wouldn’t say the coverage is full but you can at the least get medium coverage from the formula. It’s also moist enough that powder wears well over it without looking cakey or dry. The wear was fantastic for me when I set with powder and I got all day eye brightening coverage without fading. However, it does seem to have a knack for creasing and wearing shorter (fading at hour five) when I don’t set with powder. Just a tiny touch of powder helps a lot to keep it looking smooth and long-wearing!

Erborian Touch Pen Complexion Sculptor and Concealer is a great little concealer. I thought it concealed my pesky under eye issues well and did so with a delightfully easy to apply and blend formula that wasn’t drying.

Do like!

Did not have luck with anything you posted today! And that was just from the ingredients lists. I was dying to try this, but since it’s a no go, was secretly glad that it swatched so yellow. It’s so much easier to let go of something, when you have multiple reasons. That said, will intragoogle some of your Erborian posts. Like how the brand describes itself. Thought I might go for their first cleanser, but then went Nooni jelly, at your suggestion. Prob this or next week to try the jelly. Finish first, then new. Miss ‘the real’ Memebox.

I know this is an older post, but just wondering if you have ever tried the Erborian CC Creme. If so, do give your thoughts I’m kind of curious to try it but would like to hear from someone that has tried it before, before I give it a go.

Thanks for the quick reply…Yes if you ever try it do share your thoughts.

Sephora has a kit with the primer and cc creme for $36. I think I’m gonna give it a go, since I can try both at this lower price point.
