Garnier Skin Skinactive Soothing 3-in-1 Face Moisturizer and Darkestville Castle

This weekend, I’m planing to stalk drugstores for Garnier Skin Skinactive Soothing 3-in-1 Face Moisturizer, go apple and pumpkin picking, and play stupid amounts of Darkestville Castle.

But first about that Garnier Moisturizer.

Garnier’s latest skincare launches are looking mighty interesting as you may already know from my past posts about the new cleansers and facial mist. Garnier Skin Skinactive Soothing 3-in-1 Rose Water Face Moisturizer and Garnier Skin Skinactive Hydrating 3-in-1 Aloe Face Moisturizer are two new moisturizers that have a 3-in-1 formula which contains no mineral oil, parabens, or silicones (let’s hope they left out fragrance too!) and are filled with 96% naturally derived ingredients.

Even the jar they come in was created from recycled materials. Each is $9.99 and available at amazon.com as an add on item but I’m going to hit up drugstores to see if I can find these.

The Aloe formula is created with dry skin in mind and contains Aloe juice to hydrate and plump skin. The Rose formula is a hydrating moisturizer for sensitive users. So, how does the 3-in-1 one formula work? Well, you can use these as either a day or a night cream or both. AND you can also apparently use them as a facial mask as well!

I’m quite curious to check them out!

So, what are your weekend plans? I actually want to shut myself up in my bedroom and just veg out to Darkestville Castle this weekend but I know I won’t because the weather is supposed to be incredible this weekend (like the 90s!). But if there any old school gamers out there that liked games like Leisure Suit Larry and Monkey Island you’re bound to love this one. It launched a few days ago on Steam and although I purchased it right away I haven’t had a chance to technically play. It’s been a busy week. But I hope to redeem that at SOME point this weekend. I thought pumpkin and apple picking might be a great idea this weekend as well but with the warm weather, mmm…maybe I’ll hold off!

Anyway, what’s your weekend like?

Do share!

I haven’t seen this in the UK yet but I’m going to keep my eyes peeled because I can never keep up a strict beauty regime and the fact it’s a 3 in 1 just makes everything that much simpler.

Ok so I saw your post and placed an Amazon order for the rose cream. I received it and immediately gave it away. I ordered the rose one and it is fragrant but not like roses. It smells like products labeled green tea or aloe. I cannot stand those since they give me a headache. The texture was nice but I didn’t get to test it on my face because of the scent. Le sigh.

oh no sorry to hear! Garnier is notorious for fragrance in their skincare!
