        that’s weird, I keep getting “Promo code “MJBFAM” is unknown”.
        do you have to be a registered user?

          I wasn’t logged in. I just did a mock cart, put in my name, address, phone number, used the promo code and it discounted.

            yes I called, they said they do not have that promo going . I am totally confused now. I thought maybe it was just the lipstick that was excluded or something and she said no there is no friends and family 20$ off sale going. Maybe it will work for others? curious to see.

            Yup, I actually just click your link, and I called that very number. when I go to the site it doesn’t give me that pop up though about the sale. I wonder if it is only in certain locations ?? I feel on a mission now to get my 20% LOL

            OKAY I FOUND THE PROBLEM. I was clicking your link, but that link takes you to marc Jacobs, which has their beauty tab, but I had to manually type in marc Jacobs beauty to go to the link for the promo code. The link you have above takes you to the wrong site to use the code. :)))))) thank goodness, I didn’t want to think about this all day. LOL

      Make sure you’re going to the site marcjacobsbeauty.com, NOT marcjacobs.com. That was problem anyway!
