Mark your calendars! Kat Von D Super Sonic Everlasting Glimmer Veil Liquid Lipstick arrives tomorrow, October 4th, at 12PM EST and will be around for a mere 48 hours only.

Super Sonic is a pumpkin orange with a blue-green glimmer shift and is available in the Everlasting Glitter Veil Lipstick formula which is a sparkly, liquid lip color that provides a liquid crystal finish on lips.

I wanted to create something metallic that makes your lips look like a giant Christmas present, but I also wanted to make something that was comfortable and true long-wear.     Can I say 40-50 years too old for this one? Fun for the young set though. I see gold with a smidge of green. No pumpkin, though.

    Hrm. I’m intrigued but need swatches. I think this is one that will vary greatly depending on skin tone.

    Fyrinnae has two whipped metallics for $10 (they do come in and out of stock) that are like this. A cheaper alternative when it might not get too much wear – ’cause it’s odd.
    Unrequited is soft, muted orange with a highlight of green shimmer and Shapeshifter is warm red base filled with golden-green shimmer
