Isadora Returns to the US

beauty news

Much to my absolutely delight I am happy to report that Isadora will be returning to the US market! It will be available mid-November at Walgreens. If you’re not familiar with Isadora it’s a European brand that was available at Walgreens and a website called Cosmetic Mall around 2007-2008. They used to have wonderful, wonderful seasonal collection as well as many permanent items that were fantastic. I was quite the fan of the line.

I gasped out loud this morning when I got a mail telling they were returning the USA and would be available at Walgreens! I surely hope the quality is the same I remember and that the LE collections will also be apart of the releases at Walgreens.

I urge you to look through my archives for some of my past posts to get a feel for the brand because believe me is worthy of discovering for the first time if you never heard of it before. Or perhaps the posts will bring some fond memories for you.

I wish Isadora a warm welcome back.

Do you remember Isadora?

Do share!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I DO remember them! it really was quite a nice line, but they never did anything to promote it. I hope it sticks around this time – Happy to see it back!! Can’t wait to see what they’ll be offering. Hope it’s as good as it used to be!

I remember that! That was before I had reliable internet access at home so I never knew anything about the product and it was little higher price point than drug store was back then, no? I never pulled the trigger, at any rate.

Hey Wags – can you kittens get Art Deco back? Maybe some Bourjois in store? Does Nivea still do a color makeup in store? How about a South American brand? Go big or go home…

    Thanks for the news, Muse!

They weren’t too badly priced! Maybe 8-$9 bucks for a six pan eyeshadow palette or so? Art Dec yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss! and Bourjois how I miss it! Remember the displays at Sephora?! ;-D My pleasure!

Hooray! I bought quite a bit when it was at Walgreen’s. I love to see foreign brands here.

Isadora Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover Milk was one of the best and at a very reasonable price. It even removed waterproof mascara in one fell swoop. Glad to see this line return.

They were great, and wallet friendly. Noticed them on Amazon at times, s.t. with jacked up prices.

I think I may have had some single eyeshadows from this brand…? I depotted them some time ago, so I’m not too sure. I most likely would have got them at Sav-On (pre-CVS). I may have also had some lipstick…
