5 New and Gorgeous Palettes Available Now at Ulta

I think SOME of us (maybe all of us) use the Ulta 21 Days of Beauty Event as an excuse to do a haul outside of what it is on sale. You make that promise to yourself too don’t you? The one where you tell yourself, you’re ONLY going to buy sale items but suddenly you find yourself with $200 worth of stuff.

How did that happen? That’s a question I often ask myself and a mystery that may never be solved.

Ulta likes to tease us with a lot of different new options during these events! You’ve likely noticed quite a few new items that popped up their site since the sale started.

Here are five new and gorgeous palettes now available at Ulta.com worth peeking at.

I’m tempting to pick up the Laura Geller Madison Ave Eyeshadow Trio ($15) because I find myself really love pinks and browns lately on my eyes. Don’t ask where this weird obsession came from but lately I’ve been using the combo a lot and this palette had the perfect pink and brown mattes in it with a touch of a sparkly pearl just in case you aren’t so into the mattes.

For the sun gods and goddesses the new Smashbox The Cali Contour Palette ($39) popped up on Ulta a few days ago. I actually thought this was part of the Scented Primer Water launch but later realized it wasn’t. The kit contains a contouring powder, matte bronzer and blusher, plus a bronze highlighter, and two standard shimmery highlighters to create that gorgeous just in from a day at the beach look.

I recently picked up the Pur Cosmetics Creator Face Palette ($42) which I haven’t used yet but it is getting raving reviews. For good reason too as it is stunning in person just stunning! I’m looking forward to digging into it and reviewing for you soon

Urban Decay surprised us with a new Sin Afterglow Highlighter Palette ($39) which is loaded up with three blushes and three highlighters to match up with them.

You get:

  • Kiss Off (soft rose-pink)
  • Score (medium pink-peach with a touch of shimmer)
  • Paranoid (medium bronze with gold shimmer)
  • PSA (bronzy rose-gold)
  • Spotlight (light peach with gold shimmer)
  • Sin (pale nude shimmer with gold shift)

And last but not least, Dominique Cosmetics Latte Palette ($42) sparked my interest with an assortment of ten shades that contain warmer neutrals with pops of blue, purple, and other sassy shades.

Shades:

  • Hazelnut (matte warm brown with a red undertone)
  • Caramel (matte light taupe with a cool undertone)
  • Vanilla Crème (matte muted yellow)
  • Mocha (matte chocolate brown)
  • Pumpkin Spice (matte rustic muted orange with red undertones)
  • Espresso (foil brown with gold flecks)
  • Macchiato (foil champagne with gold flecks)
  • Crème Brulee (foil copper rose gold)
  • Cold Brew (matte deep teal)
  • Double Shot (matte purple with red undertones)

Tried any of these yet? Or are they on your wish list?

Do share!

The Urban Decay Shapeshifter face palette is also on sale for $22.50 – 50% off! I’ve been eyeing this since it was first launched early summer ’17, but had never pulled the trigger. That has now changed…just ordered it along with the Clinique kit on sale today 🙂

Is the Dominique a new line or just new to Ulta. The colors look really pretty. I just cant find any information or swatches

    • Isabella Muse

Just new to Ulta but launched in January I believe? So a few months old! created by Christen Dominique!

      • Adrienne

Thanks for all of these updates. I have 4 tabs open including HSN now and whatever I cant find on one page I jump to the other. I think the 15% off at Macys is the best deal. I would like to try the Too Faced Naturally Nudes. I saw that HSN had them all in stock.

        • Isabella Muse

my pleasure!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think so too! Also, the price matching at nordstrom is good too although, they don’t have the naturally nudes sadly! Nordstrom has basically all of it in one go aside from TF! ;-D

        • Deanna

The good thing about HSN is that they almost always offer free shipping on beauty items. HSN is also great about offering FlexPay often. Love FlexPay! 🙂
I haven’t checked today, but yesterday the site was offering FlexPay on the new Too Faced Neutral/Natural products. Only drawback for me is that all the collection is marked “extended delivery” which means the buyer may have to wait longer to receive the goodies.

          • Stephanie

Yes, I ordered one of the new Too Faced lipsticks from HSN and it says it won’t be delivered until April 16th. That’s a bummer, but I did get it for $12 instead of $22 by downloading their app. They give you $10 off a purchase of $20 or more when you download the app and make your first purchasetthere which is awesome!

Those Laura Geller shadows are gorgeous! Although I’m always confused as to why their packaging has so much wasted space. I have one of the Gelato Swirl face palettes, and it’s gorgeous, but it feels like a jumbo face palette with teeny, tiny pans.

I ordered the Latte palette yesterday. Nothing else (thankfully) really interested me. Pur Cosmetics just do not work for me so I’ve sworn off the brand.

    • Isabella Muse

lmk how it is! I’m waffling on the purchase! I did get the Pur one and love the looks hopefully performs nicely as well!

  • Carolina

Hi… unrelated topic here…haha… yesterday I found the cargo star wars collection at TJ Max…for 5 dollars…my husband is crazy about star wars…and I got it…I looked for your review…

    • Isabella Muse

awesome deal! I did a review a few weeks ago on the mirror and one of the eyeshadow palettes 🙂

  • kjh

If Pur is your thing, (I really liked a double Xmas eye palette from a few years back) there is also a colorful palette on U. Think the name is Visionary.

  • Kish

I had my eye on the Pur Visionary palette, but once I saw it in store, I passed. Too pink for me. Looks pretty though. I’ll probably pick up the Persona one tomorrow since it will be $16. And I’m looking at a couple of LQ Saint shades, I’ve never tried them before. My NARS blush palette arrived and I’m blown away by the pigmentation of them. Wow. It’s going to take a slight learning curve before I can leave the house and not look like a clown. lol

  • Maria

The urban decay sin palette looks very pretty but I am afraid the quality is not the same like the original pans, especially since it is release right after the poor quality of Backtalk palette. I did not find any swatches or reviews of new pallete.

  • Maria

I just checked the ingredients of sin palette Muse. It is same as UD afterglow palette with 4 shades, which has great reviews

  • Felicia

Finally played with my creator palette over the weekend. It is so gorgeous. The texture is so creamy and they are so pigmented. And the palette itself is gorgeous and reusable with any magnetic products. Looking forward to hearing what you think Muse.

    • Isabella Muse

fantastic happy to hear it ;-D I should be sharing my thoughts shortly!
