Hourglass Veil Retouching Fluid for Spring 2018

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Hourglass Veil Retouching Fluid ($46) harnesses the power of the brand’s popular Ambient Lighting Powder in a new fluid formula. This sheer fluid eases dullness, illuminates darkness, and retouches makeup to brighten up skin and get a subtle glow on your skin. According to Hourglass this brightens and adds a touch of subtle glow without shimmer.

Available in six shades this new oil-free formula contains nourishing ingredients like hyaluronic acid that plumps and hydrates skin.

They call it your concealer’s “best friend” so it seems like it would work best in conjunction with coverage you already use. I do wonder if it is possible to use it under your eyes as well as all over your face. As a fan of Ambient Lighting Powder I do want to check out.

Shades include:

  • Fair
  • Vanilla
  • Sand
  • Natural
  • Honey
  • Almond

What do you think? Think you’ll try it!

I’m definitely going to check it out!

Hourglass Veil Retouching Fluid is available at sephora.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Hey Muse, there’s a short demo video on Beautylish for this product. And she’s using it under her eyes. Looks interesting.

You know how some days you can use a concealer for your foundation? I wonder if you could do that with this. I wouldn’t mind having a full ambient skin day. I’m heading over to Beautylish now!

I don’t see why not? You can’t use a bit as a lightweight coverage 😀
