Smashbox Pinks and Palms Cover Shot Eye Palette Not Another Nude Palette

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

The very delightful Smashbox Pinks and Palms Cover Shot Eye Palette is back in stock and at sephora.com today and I promise it’s not another nude palette! This was briefly launched at Nordstrom and quickly sold out but Sephora now has it!

This colorful selection of shades will have you thinking Summer or perhaps it has a more musical festival vibe because Coachella is on everyone’s lips at the moment. Is Best Coast performing this year? I know they sort of got the heave ho in recent years. Sucks.

Anyway, musical festivals aside this lovely selection of pinks, mint greens, and purples is sure to get you a great looking eye look for Summer. I’m probably going to skip out on this one because I have the Smashbox Petal Metal Cover Shot Eye Palette to try out at the moment and I’m not so into this color range. You know me and my nude obsession! How about you? Think you’ll purchase it?

Grab it up now at nordstrom.com and sephora.com and ulta.com for $29.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Love the colors in this one. I have to get this one. It looks so pretty and different with the green for summer.

So pretty! And when I’m ragging on “another warm nude palette,” please understand it’s not directed at you; instead, it’s at the herd-like behavior of all the companies who put out the same colors over and over. 😀

Certainly. Don’t forget to check out the new HourGlass on T. Glad they improved, but beyond duped in any true m/u ho’s stash……

This is really pretty. A few years ago I would have jumped to buy it but not so much now. I’m getting boring as a I age! LOL

Idk if its because I’m using my phone, but your links only take me to the Punked covershot palette, and there are no other color options for me to select…

It appears to either have sold out or they launched too early and took it down! It was there but it disappeared :-/

Pretty palette, but gonna pass. I def went over my budget buying the Mac/Patrick set.
LOL,,,, looking at this palette, I keep wanting to sing the Sesame Street song,,,, ‘One of these things is not like the others’,,,,,. To me, that gold pan seems out of place with the colors? Maybe it’s just me. lol

I just returned the petal metal palette today. Colors were gorgeous and looked beautiful on but within thirty minutes every bit of shimmer, metallic to it was gone. This happened on both mine and my daughters eyes and we used primer and a base! So disappointed! Love your blog! Look forward to checking it every day!

oh that is pretty! I might have to get it. I know the I Want Kandee is old news, but if you missed it, it’s at Ulta for $26! I didn’t get it when it launched but couldn’t pass it up for $26 bucks

I was really disappointed with the Cover Shot palettes when they first came out. The Smoky one would turn muddy on me and the metallic one was less than metallic. I don’t think any new releases are going to entice me.

I was giving this one serious consideration, then I realized that I have those shades and more in the Juvia’s Place Doucce palette. I really like that one, and the Smashbox version made me realize I hadn’t taken it out lately. So thanks, Smashbox!
