Good morning dears!

How was your weekend? Mine was stupid rushed, felt like I didn’t even have time off. Phew! I did get my fix of Doctor Who on Saturday night, lord knows I cleared my whole schedule to make room for a little geek out on that. The rest of the weekend went by in a blaze and man was it brisk here. I guess Summer is further away than I was imaging!

How about you? Have a good one?

I did get a chance to play around with some of the new Korres Fragrances this weekend. Just what I’ve always wanted a fragrance by Korres.

So I totally created some lemmings with that one but recently I came across Bath and Body Aromatherapy Body Mist Stress Relief Eucalyptus Spearmint and I thought it was a fabulous dupe if you can’t afford to dish out $68 for the Marc Jacobs Splash.

Last week it felt like spring was finally peeking its head out but I should have known how dreadfully unpredictable New York weather is as this week we are back to being greeted with the brisk cold of Winter.

At least I have a little piece of Spring sitting on my vanity with the new Victoria’s Secret Garden Collection featuring scents like Mango Temptation, Island Waters, and Lemon Paradise. With a spray of these I can, at the very least pretend that it’s warm outside my window.

I’m plotting my holiday for Spring and debating where I want to go. Until I decide I have Bath and Body Works Passport Tahiti Island Mimosa Body Mist to keep me feeling tropical, sunny, and warm even when the wind and rain is kickin’ it up a notch outside my window!

Awwww Harajuku Lovers Sunshine Cuties Lil’ Angel is turning out to be the Muse’s fav Sunshine Cutie at the moment. It’s no wonder as I think the regular version of Lil’ Angel happens to be my fav as well!

A good friend of mine knows how to give the best hugs. He’s the type to wrap his arms around you and squeeze the life right out of you as if he hadn’t just seen you yesterday, as if it has been months since we last laid eyes on each other. I look forward to those hugs, they are so very comforting and warm!

Friday I got my hands on Marc Jacobs Biscotti Splash and very first sniff I thought of my friend as it smells just as warm and welcoming as he does when he gives me one of those big squishy hugs.

Marc Jacobs Daisy in the Air might be on your Spring fragrance radar…lord it’s been so lovely these past few days in the city that I’ve spritzed myself everyday with a bit of Daisy to enjoy a little Spring while it lasts. I suspect that it won’t last long considering March definitely comes in like a lion around these parts RAWRRRRR!

Oh Chloe you deceived me! With fresh notes of watermelon and rose the Muse was expecting a fruity, sparkling blend from the new Chloe Eau de Toilette. Perhaps something light and cheery….
