As you know from my past ramblings, I’ve been pretty excited about the Bliss Eau de Toilette release.
I will admit that my excitement was very so slightly dimmed by the fact that I was worried it would be a bit disappointing. I was expecting “spa” fresh but upon hearing notes like cucumber I was left feeling a bit meh. Cucumber in my fragrance brings me back to Junior High School and Bath and Body Works Cucumber Melon Body Spray….no bueno.
And upon my first sniff….
I’m half Portuguese, did ya know they speak Portuguese in Brazil? Many people think that Brazilians speak some form of Spanish but Brazil was actually a Portuguese Colony which is where our influence on their language comes from. In my experience Brazilians articulate their words a bit more rhythmically than natives of Portugal but none the less the words and their meanings are the same. My father was born and raised in Portugal but I swear the man sounds Brazilian sometimes with the way he forms his words and speaks.
Fun fact of the day and utterly random but it does bring me to my review on Avon Brazil Beat Eau de Toilette.
A little bit of a steal and a deal here if you’re looking for a fun, fruity fragrance for day time use but only if you don’t have a distinguished nose for fragrance.
I so want to go around today and tell people that I smell Fergalicious, sorry, can’t help myself. I’m wearing Outspoken by Fergie and it’s too tempting not say these things ha!
When I heard the Duchess was releasing a fragrance I thought that it would be released by Coty. Much to my surprise the new scent is actually from Avon.
We inherited alot of amazing things from the Brits. Take for example our recent adoption of Russell Brand, I thank Britain and The Queen for that hot mess daily, seriously, I love you Russ, Katy’s SO lucky!
Heck, we even get the Barrowman soon! Go Torchwood USA (way to kill a great series, bring it to our networks)! w00t!
And of course who can forget the Beckham’s, truly a gift from the UK if ever I seen one. Granted I’d personally send Posh’s skinny little butt back to the England so I can get some snuggle time in with Becks.
The power couple pairs up in a new commercial for their Intimately Yours fragrance duo but I wonder is it a Yay or a Nay for you!
Bella Sugar asks if it’s a bit too risque……
Wanna watch and see?
We discussed the new Harajuku Lovers Wicked Style Fragrances already but do jump ahead for an updated pics and a few more deets!
