I am currently obsessed with Fekkai Hair Fragrance Mist ($19.99) because it brings me back to the 90’s when I used to hoard Salon Selectives Air It Out Odor Neutralizer. I truly believe my first beauty hoarding experience started with that hair refresher. And I was right to hoard it too by the very way because it was discontinued and my heart nearly broke. It had this really pretty fresh scent and made my hair so lovely!
Recently I ran across Fekkai Hair Fragrance Mist and instantly I had to see if it would recreate the experience I had with Salon Selectives.
To me, personally, this Large Thermal Twirler Brush is like a medieval torture device. I actually cringe looking at it because it brings me back to when I was about 11 or 12 years old and I used my sister’s Radial Brush.
People, let me tell you, at the time I didn’t realize I couldn’t just brush my hair with the brush! I unknowingly decided to brush through my locks and got it so tangled in my hair so badly it had to be cut out.
At time it was a nightmare but thinking back it’s rather hysterical.
So this large thermal twirler brush? I could just picture myself attempting to use it, getting it caught in my hair, and having to shave my head to remove it. I’ve wanted to cut my hair for a long time so this might prove an excuse to do so.
What’s one of your worst hair experiences?
I think that was by FAR my worst! I was literally in tears over it because it not only hurt but the fact my mom had to literally cut the brush out of my hair was a horrifying experience.
Wen Honey Lilac Spring Cleansing Conditioner peeks its head out for Spring 2015! I always get excited about new seasonal Wen Cleansing Conditioner selections and typically they are on my instant buy list but I may wait to hear the reviews on Honey Lilac before indulging as the last few fragrances have disappointed me.
I didn’t love Summer Honey Peach, wasn’t impressed with Tuscan Pear, and didn’t even bother with White Citrus!
I’m a little wary of Honey Lilac as I’m envisioning it as a bitter floral (much like Honey Peach was)! I’ll wait for the reviews for now and cherish limited edition fragrances from the past I do love.
What do you think?
Does Wen Honey Lilac Spring Cleansing Conditioner have a chance to make it into your haircare stash?
It’s available now at QVC.com.
I picked up Fortune Cookie Soap’s Hair Oil during their Holiday 2014 release in the scent Jelly of the Month Club. At the moment, Fortune Cookie Soap isn’t stocking their Hair Oil but their Spring 2015 Collection is launching shortly so I have hopes it’ll be available in new Spring shades later this month!
Etude House Silk Scarf Hair Moist Pack is one of those must have items I don’t want to be without. If I’m on stuck on a tropical island somewhere just make sure I have an endless supply of Heavy Metal Magazine, concealer, cheek stain, and Etude House Silk Scarf Hair Moist Pack and I should be a ok to go.
Do you think water will be terribly hard to come during the zombie apocalypse? I sure hope not as you definitely need some water to use Etude House Silk Scarf Hair Moist Pack as it seems like one of those things you’ll want to have around during the zombie plague. You know, when you’re running from zombies, you have hopes someone will slow down the action so your hair bounces gently as you run screaming away and it looks all soft, smooth, and frizz free, you know what I mean?
