I’ve been using Clear Scalp & Hair Beauty Therapy for about a week now. As you know I challenged myself to a seven day run with Clear Scalp & Hair Therapy Shampoo and Conditioner. My hair is long, wavy, plenty of curl, some frizz, and dryness. I typically like to avoid silicones in my haircare because they weight my hair down however, my longer, wavier hair definitely craves them from time to time.
The science behind CLear Scalp & Hair Beauty Therapy is an interesting one has it’s not about the hair but your scalp. The system was created to strength hair but also nourishes your scalp therefore starting at the foundation of your hair, feeding both your locks and scalp which in turn produces stronger, more beautiful hair.
Many of you had already tried the shampoos and conditioners and had some really positive things to say about the line in my original post so I decided to try them out.
Here’s some of my experience with the products.
Loving on Fortune Cookie’s Shampoo Bars at the moment. I actually hauled several of these for my sister’s stocking because she’s a HUGE Lush Godiva girl.
Really, Shampoo Bars aren’t new products. Lush has been doing them for years but it is such a refreshing change to run across an E-tailer who does them in new scents.
Lush Big Conditioner you are so over due my dear friend! Many years of using Big Shampoo has taught me one thing, DON’T use it more than once a week or even once every two weeks. Fact, it makes my hair like straw. Holy cow it is so drying! But I love how it clarifies and gets my hair so damn squeaky clean.
Mind you, let’s not forget how BIG it makes my hair. It creates so much volume and fullness!
But for so long I had wished I had a conditioner that I could follow up with after using Big. I’ve used American Cream with it and the combo is great but I love the idea of a Big Conditioner.
Now Lush has one!
Lush Blousey Shampoo is a brand new non-stripping shampoo formula for all hair types. Damaged, over-processed, colored, bleached, fragile? What’s your hair type? Whatever it is Lush Blousey is here to save the day with a heaping helping of mashed-up bananas, essential oils and butters to bring your damaged locks back to life.
What did I think?
Lush Happy Happy Joy Joy Conditioner might have you tapping your foot and going all Ren and Stimpy on me after you’ve tried it. This delightful conditioner smells just like Gorilla Orange Blossom Perfume with notes of neroli, rose, grapefruit, rosewood, and orange flower absolute.
It not only conditions but fragrances hair with beautiful orange blossom so your locks are left smelling simply gorgeous after use!
