Bath & Body
I recently read a review on the new Lush Gorilla Fragrances that basically said they had a stinky hippie vibe going on. I nearly burst out sobbing.
Noooo! Simply not true! I think you have to be a Lush lover to really understand the Gorilla Fragrance Collection. Granted, some of the blends definitely lean towards earthy and in some cases stinky hippie for sure but NOT all of them. I thought some were downright unique and interesting, all the things Lush is, what Lush stands for.
So no I disagree, these are definitely not all about the stinky hippie vibe. I slay anyone who disagrees!
Angel’s Delight Soap is pretty much around 365 days of the year. Thankful for small favors here as I love it. However, Lush tends to really pimp it up around the Holidays, not sure why though.
Since Lush goes all out marketing with this particularly Soap around Christmas, it suddenly has become, for me, commonly associated with that time of the year.
Funny as it doesn’t smell Christmas-y or Holiday-like but it still ends up in my shower stall in the Winter time.
Do I need a $30 Paddle Brush? Probably not but the Tokidoki Carezza Paddle Brush needed to be mine.
Totally a wacky purchase on my part.
Well, I gotta admit, I love Katy Perry. Could be she’s guilty by association to Russell Brand which is why I love her so much but I’m thinking it’s just her overall look. She reminds me so much of a pin up girl and I have a super, soft, mushy spot for pin up girls!
Fact of the matter is I am terribly excited about the new Purr by Katy Perry Fragrance.
Yes, this is one celeb fragrance that’s topping my wishy list.
It’s probably too early to be thinking about fragrances for the Holidays. I’m still on board with the scent of spicy pumpkin and fresh apples but…in the makeup and fragrance world the Holidays are pretty much here full on. BPAL already introduced their Yules, you should check ‘em, they are doing the Nutcracker this year!
And most important, Christmas, wouldn’t be Christmas without a little help from the Bath and Body Works Signature Collection. Would you believe me if I told you Twisted Peppermint started out life as a shower gel not as a body mist? How did we live without it?!
