If you’re a big fan of the Estee Lauder Pleasure line you’ll be excited to learn that this Spring they have released three brand new variations of the line in a brand new formula!
Estee Lauder Pleasures Splash is available in three new scents with a brand new lighter formula to wear all over your body for a refreshing burst of pretty scent, perfect for Spring wear! The sheer, refreshing splashes are available in three unique blends for $52 USD each in 8.2oz size (whoa big!). The size of the bottle is impressing as heck as I recently tried out Jasmine Violet and was shocked at the huge size! What was also particularly a surprise was how well the scent lasted and lingered for a body splash. I wore mine most of this week from morning till evening without touch up in between and it lasted all day with a pleasant, soft floral throw.
Estee Lauder Pleasures Jasmine Violet Splash is a soft floral that blends fresh violet with notes of jasmine. At first sniff I thought it smelled somewhat like orchid but after it settles you’ll be able to get a dominant note of violet with touches cool cucumber and a certain fresh greenness. Notes also include carnation and tuberose. I’m big on florals but genuinely liked this.
It’s large size and nice linger have tempted me to head to the counter to try out the other scents available in the line which are Sandalwood Amber and Baie Rose Peony.
If you’re looking for a simple, refreshing, light scent for the Spring/Summer I highly suggest trying out the new Estee Lauder Pleasures Splash. Quite an interesting little collection for the warmer weather ahead especially if you’re a big lover of floral blends.
Flower by Kenzo is taken up a notch this Spring with a new limited edition fragrance!
Flower by Kenzo Spring Fragrance brings in the change of season with a burst of lively mandarin and ginger notes with a refreshing bright touch of lychee for a beautiful Spring scent.
With a chic, slim line, frosted bottle with a pretty poppy swaying in a cool Spring breeze this fragrance celebrates the return of life with a warmer season.
Normally the Flower line is a tiny bit too strong for this Muse but count me curious to a Spring LE as maybe it’s light and soft like the season!
Available from Kenzo now!
Man, I seriously need to wake up today. A sleepy Muse is not a pretty Muse! I dunno why I’m feeling so drained but I do so feel the need for a nap!
To get my day started I broke out my Lollia Grenadine & Tonic Honey-Rich Shower Gel aka Beauty on a Budget Wake Up Before You Go-Go Shower Gel!
Nothing like Zoolander and Wham to get a girl awake in the morning!
Like Lollia Shampoos, Lollia Grenadine & Tonic Honey-Rich Shower Gel comes in a cute little toothpaste style tube! Simply squeeze for a bit of wake you me up shower gel! The gel smells like a really nice blend of honey and sparkling citrus! Truly a great morning time shower gel!
The formula of the shower gel is a jelly so it’s rather soft and soothing on your skin. Fresh botanical extracts cleanse skin and honey-rich emollients and Bee Balm with Butters of Mango and Avocado deliver soothing nutrients to the skin. The gel is the perfect size for travel plus it’s a nicely priced $8.50 USD so it won’t kill your beauty budget! It’s also available in the Mint Julep scent which is another great scent for a morning wake up cool!
I adore these cute little shower gels! They make a great little addition to my shower or my guest rooms for visitors plus they are travel friendly when I only need a little something to stash away in my luggage. The scent wakes me up in the morning too which is an added bonus!
If you need a little wake me up before you go-go check out Lollia Grenadine & Tonic Honey-Rich Shower Gel!

Kenzo returns to nature with a new collection of three delicate floral notes, Eaux de Felurs, featuring three separate flowers, picked from Japanese trees to evoke a trail of gorgeous scent!
If you’re looking for a perfectly airy, fresh floral blend that’s light and cheerful for Spring the Muse highly recommends trying out Kenzo Eau de Fleur de Soie Silk. This fragrance is part of a three piece collection inspired by the beautiful flowers of Japan. Eau de Fleur de Soie Silk is soft floral blend with hints of a fruity dominate base. If you’re not partial to floral perfumes this would be one to try as it’s fruity base softens the floral and morphs it into a very crisp, light Spring scent that’s sure to please. Kenzo describes it as a silk flower that flutters gently in the breeze and indeed that’s a good description as it has an element of airiness as one would experience when the cool wind of Spring is blowing and only the barest hint of floral can be caught and sniffed on the breeze. The sweet fruity notes keep the floral fresh and clean making the fragrance incredibly easy and flattering to wear!
Although it’s an Eau de Toilette it manages to linger nicely and give off a soft throw that’s very pleasant and quite long wearing. If you like softer blends that smell clean and light with hints of both floral and fruit and a bit of peony this would be something you’d love.
Also released for Spring are Eau de Fleur de Magnolia and Eau de Fleur de the Tea. All three fragrances are available for a very limited time from Kenzo so if you’re wanting to spice up your Spring wardrobe with a brand new scent these are sure to please.
Kenzo Eau de Fleur de Soie Silk is available now from Kenzo and is Muse Approved for purchase. It’s an incredibly beautiful scent to shake off the long Winter and get you in the mood for Spring!
