It’s that special time of the year kids…or not (I know, it takes a special girl to love Boots cosmetics). It’s when Boots No7 decides to launch a cool new collection at us. As you know the Muse is fond of the special releases over at Boots and does so wish they’d bring these things over to her side of the pond.
Jump ahead for a peep at the Lisa Eldridge for Boots No7 Collection.
The Muse shops ASOS way too much for her good health. This UK shop carries a variety of beauty brands not available in the US such as B Never (recent addition), Bourjois Paris, Lord and Berry, and many more!
Normal shipping costs from the site to the US is pretty high but the good news is now they have a flat rate shipping deal for $6 bucks to the US! w00t! Best news ever! I couldn’t be happier as I now I can stop asking friends in the UK to haul me goods from Bourjois Paris and the likes and just order them myself from the site for an extremely low airmail cost.
This will be ideal for any of you lemming the new Bourjois Paris Smoky Eye Palettes as you can easily score them with the shipping deal.
Do you shop ASOS?

Ahhh it’s still quite Summer and a scoop of vanilla is always in order. Indulge in a Lush Vanilla Scoop and snag a steal and a deal!
Scoop this scoop by taking the jump!
Lush UK Mail Order has a brand new set entitled Vanilla Scoop which is £39.95 and includes all of the following vanill-lish goodies!
- Lush Vanilla Puff Dusting Powder
- Vanillary Perfume
- Vanilla Dee-Lite Body Lotion
- Vanilla Fountain Bath Bomb
The items come to £45 regularly so you’ll be saving about £5 on the purchase of the set.
Lush UK does ship to the states however since this contains the perfume I’m unsure if they will ship it. Lush used to ship perfumes abroad but they ran into a few probs with items breaking and the likes and didn’t do perfume shipping during forum parties so I’m unsure whether they do or do not as of now since many of my orders haven’t included perfumes as of late.
I’m going to attempt to purchase one of these as I haven’t tried the dusting powder as of yet and I’m out of lotion plus I can always use a stock up on the perfume and bath bomb. I’ll let you know how it goes.
It’s a rather nice little package of vanilla treats if you’re a lover.
Available now from Lush UK.
I’d like to think I paved the way for many a Lush lover. I get so many e-mails a day since starting my blog about how people are rejoicing since discovering Lush on my blog. It warms my Grinch heart that people are busy discovering Lush. I’ve been a Lush lover for many a fine year and simply think it’s an outstanding brand.
I thought I’d take a moment out to point you in the direction of Lush’s sister brand B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful. I introduced you to B a year or so ago with a few posts here and there and even one about my collection of B perfumes. Up until now I can’t believe I’ve never once posted my stash of B cosmetics.
Yes, you read that right, cosmetics. Lush is indeed responsible for creating it’s own line of makeup under the B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful brand name. Think of B as Lush’s hipster sister. Created with a no animal testing policy and with plenty of “fresh” ingredients this makeup is all Lush!

Some folk love ‘em, some hate ‘em. Count me as a lover of B makeup. Although it expires fairly quickly (a year, sometimes two, three if you’re lucky) it’s one of the most unique brands I’ve had the pleasure of owning. Housed in bejeweled little pots much of the line brings quality and a bit of posh to the table. Most of my B was collected on various trips to London but you can order B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful product from it’s website which ships internationally.
The shadows are particularly wonderful little critters as they are pigmented as a MAC shadow and quite cute to boot (about the size of a US quarter). The line should appeal to Lush lovers as it’s a whimsical collection of interesting hippie makeup bits and bobs or if you’re just a fan of interesting little out of the way make up items the line will capture your fancy.
Below are some shots of my stash of B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful eye shadows, check ‘em!
Some makeup I just treasure and all my B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful makeup happens to fall right in with that. Gorgeous, stunning little things aren’t they?
Hope you enjoyed a view of B’s shadows and I’ll bring you more spotlights of B collection in future posts.
Sometimes my lems are big sometimes they are small. At the moment they are a teeny tiny size of under £2. What a steal!

Vaseline makes a comeback in the UK with an amp’ed up version of simple everyday petroleum jelly with a hint of color. Yes, yes we all know my love affair with Smith’s but let me tell you Smith’s costs a whole heap of alot more than £1.49.
Available at Boots and Superdrug Vaseline Rosy Lips is pretty much the same concept of my beloved Smith’s but with a glossier, smoother finish and a heck of alot more pigment from the reviews I’ve heard around the town. Hey, DollFace has my favorite review of this tiny tin of joy!
Yes, I think I need more Vaseline in my life, particularly if it’s rosy in color.
If you wants it you’ll have to put your head together and do a little Sherlock Holmes searchin’ as it’s only available in the UK from what I’ve seen.
