Chances are we won’t see Rimmel Traffic Stopping Shadow Palettes until Summer but I want them NOW! These launched in the UK recently and I must say Rimmel has been continuously stepping up their game lately with their shadow releases.
Nail gurus, Butter London, ventures in the world of lipgloss again with their new Lippy Lipgloss.
Who can forget the legendary No More Waity, Katie Lipgloss they introduced a few months ago…sure hope these new Lippy Lipglosses have great names like that!
In a bid to become the beauty mecca of our universe Nordstrom has been adding some very interesting brands to their resume. NYX, Pop Beauty, and Napoleon Perdis join the ranks of the prestigious store.
And now…
A little beauty abroad with the introduction of MeMeMe. MeMeMe is a brand sold at Superdrug in England. The brand has a whimsical Benefit-like packaging which is one of its key selling points.
Sadly, cult favorites like Poppy Tint are sadly not included in the list at Nordstrom but it looks like some of MeMeMe’s newest offerings are available.
Today’s beauty abroad lemmings are brought to you by Sleek.
Fans of Sleek’s incredible blushes no longer need to be faced with the dilemma of choosing a single shade, well, at least for a limited time they won’t because now you can indulge in Sleek Blush By 3.
Not one Sleek Blush shade, not even two, but three of ‘em in a single compact for your greedy beauty ways.
British brand, Sleek Makeup, well known for their eyeshadow palettes, has introduced a brand new mascara called Lash Out.
With a pigmented black finish, Lash Out Mascara volumizes and lengthens with a spiral brush that promises to capture every lash.
It’s $10.49 and available now from SleekMakeup.com, Sleek ships worldwide.
Whatcha think?
I think this is the first time the brand has launched a mascara. It’s interesting as I’m always looking forward to a new shadow palette from them so it’s nice seeing them branch out into other cosmetics.
Look at those moves, go George, go! Wait is he lip singing?
I’m gonna tell you my theory.
I think, gulp, that Wham was referencing masturbation in this song.
But its a damn catchy little ditty isn’t it?
Speaking of waking me up before you go go how about a little Wake Me Up Foundation from Rimmel (it also gets us off the uncomfortable topic of Wham and masturbation…although you have to admit, funny yes?).
Boots has introduced a new BB Cream to their No7 Collection in England. This is great news because Target currently sells much of the Boots No7 Collection so I imagine by Summer we’ll see the new Beautiful Skin BB Cream.
Santa all I want for Christmas is the Boots Hello Kitty Liberty Collection so when you stop over in old London Town this Christmas Eve don’t forget to pick me up a few goodies.
k, love ya lots!
P.S. All that talk about me being naughty this year is such rubbish. I am SO good.
I admit that sometimes I get a little case of makeup burn out, hey, it happens to the best of us cosmetic junkies right? But damn I had a really fun time playing with the Sleek Makeup Berry Collection for Holiday 2011.
Imma tell you, it’s not the easiest makeup to pull off due to the vibrant, bold shades of berry but with a little patience you can create an outstanding look for the Holidays using this three piece set.
I have a little Holiday pile of makeup goodies that are waiting to be reviewed and one of the items in that pile that I’m most excited about using is the Sleek Makeup The Berry Collection.
Seriously, this is the best Holiday look I’ve seen to date this year. I love the smoked out eye combined with the bright, festive red on the model’s eyes!
Whatever it is, looks amazing, dontcha agree?
This set is $15.99 and features three full size products, you get:
Sleek Makeup Fenberry Blush (crimson rose)
Sleek Makeup Kohl Pencil in Mossberry (deep burgundy)
Sleek Makeup True Colour lipstick in Cranberry (matte mulled wine)
$15.99 is a steal for the set but sadly Sleek Makeup is located in the UK so Airmail Shipping Fees (they ship worldwide) apply but I think the haul is well WORTH it as look at that stunning look!
Drool! I think it would make a fabulously unique gift for a makeup lover friend or family member.
Sleek Makeup is taking their new Holiday Collection in a new direction this year. Last year, they released the a sparkle I-Divine Palette and this year they are releasing a trio of rich, warm berry products.
