Jill Stuart
Jill Stuart Jelly Blush is a new mousse-like blush that was released in Japan for Summer 2013. It’s available in five shade selections and quite reminiscent of Jill Stuart Jelly Eye Color.
I actually expected it to be WAY more shimmery than it is as the texture was so darn similar to Jelly Eye Color and we all know how sparkly Jelly Eye Color is right?
I was very excited about this blush launch as the product isn’t quite like anything I’ve seen before texture wise in a blush.
Let’s take a look!

Jill Stuart Jelly Eye Color in Passion Fruit is one of three new, limited edition shades released for Summer 2013 in Japan. Prepare to be amazed if you’re a fan of Jelly Eye Color because seriously there is like NO sparkle in this shade.
GASP!
HORROR!
What?!
Truest story ever.

I’m quite excited today as my Jill Stuart Jelly Blush haul arrived from Japan on Friday. Sadly, I haven’t had a sec to try these beautiful babies out but I will review and swatch shortly.
I was actually somewhat disappointed and relieved that they aren’t shimmery. For some reason, I just expected them to be as shimmery as the Jill Stuart Jelly Eyeshadows but they are not!
Take a quick peek!

I’m looking forward to the Jill Stuart Jelly Blush release for Summer 2013. These cream blushes launch in Japan this week (April 25th) and quite remind me of Jill Stuart’s Jelly Eye Color and I suspect they might be a very similar jelly-like mousse texture.
I’m looking forward to trying them out.

Jill Stuart Brightening Eye Cream has been apart of my daily AM regime for several months now. I purchased it in the hopes it would brighten up my tired eyes but not necessarily rid me of dark circles.
Imma tell you, if you’ve been searching for an eye cream that will rid you of dark circles just give up. It doesn’t exist. Dark circles are best concealed not treated. Seriously.
Jill Stuart Brightening Eye Cream doesn’t technically address dark circles but does promise to hydrate eyes and “improves the luminosity” of the skin under your eyes.
What does it really do?

The Jill Stuart Patisserie Mix Blush Compact are available in two limited edition shades for Fall 2012. Jill Stuart Mix Blush isn’t really a new product but it gets re-packaged for the Patisserie Collection in a new white eyelet compact.
I love what Jill Stuart did with this collection in terms of packaging. It’s a refreshing change from her typical mirror compacts.

Jill Stuart’s Patisserie Collection is now available from E-bay seller AlphabeautyUK.
I’m not affiliated with this seller, they do not know I’m doing this post. I’ve purchased from them in the past numerous times and enjoy their excellent customer service and fairly reasonable prices so I thought for those wanting to indulge in this collection that this is a very good seller to go with.
They have the new shades of Patisserie Mix Blush as well as the Custard Lip Pots and Glitter Eyes Liquid Eyeshadow.
I’ve checked in at the Soho store and they do not have this collection in stock sadly and according to sale associates at the store they won’t be getting it. However, they do have a good deal of products from the general catalog and they do ship within the US.
Enjoy!
The Jill Stuart Patisserie Collection is limited edition collection released for Fall 2012. It’s inspired by a French pastry shop and the packaging, shade names, and scent of the products all bring to mind decadent pastries and desserts.
The Jill Stuart Custard Lip Pots are pretty much spot on for that inspiration as they look like little cups of custard. These were released in five shades and both the colors and product themselves are available for a limited time with this collection.

Jill Stuart Patisserie Custard Lip Pots are darling little tinted lip balms that quite remind me of Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly Blusher in packaging style although Jill Stuart has always favored these tiny pots for many of their eye and lip products in the past.

Sugar Glitter Eyes are a selection of five limited edition cream eyeshadows from the Jill Stuart Patisserie Collection.
After swatching these I find they quite remind me of Jill Stuart Jelly Eye Color with a thinner consistency and a new package, even the shades are kinda dupes of past shades of Jelly Eye Color. They also remind me of Visee Shower Eyes so the concept of a sparkly liquid/cream shadow with a sponge applicator isn’t a terribly new idea.
Even though they aren’t terribly different from products I already own I still LOVE this style of Japanese Eyeshadow. It’s actually the type of formula that got me hooked on cream eyeshadows.

Although I’ve reviewed Jill Stuart Jelly Eye Color a few times already, I thought I’d haul out the very delightful, limited edition shade, Bird Flutter, for a swatch and a play today.
I’m obsessed with all things coral and peach particularly when Spring and Summer hit and this is a lovely shade of peachy coral that shouldn’t be missed. This shade is also one of the more vibrant ones I’ve seen in this range since the Jelly Eye Colors normally favor lighters shades of gold, pink, etc…
