Today is a rather busy day for this Muse. How’s your day been so far? This morning I was trying to quick dab and go makeup and was looking through some of my older, mixed up makeup draws and I happened upon some of my Mirenesse collection. Whoa totally a break down moment as I forgot how much I enjoyed the brand back in the day.
In honor of my dash and go look I created today using Mirenesse I thought I’d do a little Product Musing about it.
Gather round kids let’s Muse Mirenesse.
Before it hit the blog world the Muse was prob one of the first ones to babble Eyeko Cosmetics to the universe. This indie brand has been a fond favorite of mine for ages and ages.

Meet my new way to keep my makeup simple:
Tis the Skin79 Perfect Color Art Designing Palette and I adore it.
More after the jump!
Banila Co hits the Fall scene with a brand new…ahem…a rehashed release of De La Couture II. If you’re a fond fan of Korean makeup you probably remember last year’s release of Banila Co De La Couture. I imagine they took the idea and just ran with it again this year. Although it’s new items and new colors it does still fail to wow me into believing I absolutely need it and can’t breath without it. Dare I say last year’s colors were actually more exciting!
Jump ahead for the deets.
Yes well speaking of L’Oreal have you been introduced to the new L’Oreal True Match Rollon Foundation yet?
Oh come now, don’t be timid, you so know when you grow up you want a foundation you can roll onto your face….you should have goals people one of which would be creative ways to apply your foundation.
No but seriously L’oreal really does have a brand new Roll On Foundation that was recently launched in the UK (and prob most of Europe to just don’t get too excited it’s not available in the US. We haven’t reached the height of roll on technology as of yet.)
According to L’Oreal this combines a high perfomance foundation with an innovative applicator for flawless-looking results. The Muse calls it, “Damn, for serious? Give me some of that to try out! I want to roll on my foundation!”
I kinda dig the idea in all honestly. It looks like a soft sponge roller which you roll ala paint roller style into your pan of foundation and you proceed to apply onto your face. I do wonder about application around areas such as the nose though. Not so sure the “roller” will do a good job of rolling around all the slopes and hills of my face but one can hope this is a gift from the cosmetic gods above and will work like a complete charm.
It’s available now from Boots for £12.71 plus if you’re a bit skeptical Boots does have a 3 for 2 sale ongoing. I’m debating do I need myself some L’Oreal True Match Rollon Foundation….
Not sure about the release in the US but who knows we might see it soon and we can all be rolling our way to flawless skin or one can hope we will.
What do you think of this unique design and take on foundation application?
