You’re going to start getting those See ya Later NARS e-mails from E.L.F. because E.L.F. Studio HD Lifting Concealer is probably their dupe up of NARS Creamy Concealer.
So expect to be flooded with e-mails from E.L.F. shortly.
Typically when those e-mails starting flooding in I try hard to unsubscribe from them and even mark them as spam but for some reason, they are like a bad penny, they keep coming back!
So I mentally shake my fist and shout BARROWMAN!
In other news, annoying e-mails aside, E.L.F. Studio HD Lifting Concealer will be purchased by yours truly. Count me curious! Seriously, how freaking funny would it be and ironic if it is more pigmented than NARS Creamy Concealer? I’d laugh. Hard.
Kat Von D has launched a range of Mini Waterproof Autograph Pencils for $10 each, my makeup life is now complete! I want ALL brands to launch mini eyeliner pencils immediately. Send out a memo to Urban Decay, Pixi, whoever will listen! Demand they launch little mini eyeliners.
I dunno why but the idea of being able to purchase a little baby eyeliner that fits easily into my makeup bag, travels super friendly, and costs half of a full size just appeals to me. Maybe it’s because I have so many eyeliners and I know I’ll never use them all. So just buying a mini one seems like a smarter choice for me.
Make a vibrant eye statement this Fall 2013 with the new Maybelline Eye Studio Color Tattoo Pure Pigments Eye Shadow launching in July at drugstores. Maybelline Eye Studio Color Tattoo Pure Pigments Eye Shadow are something we haven’t ever seen from Maybelline before and quite remind me of the old L’Oreal HIP Pigments, remember those?
Hot on the heels of their success with Eye Studio Color Tattoo 24HR Cream Gel Shadow, Maybelline makes a wise choice to launch something new and exciting for Fall. I mean how can you top the success of the cream gel shadows? We all love and use them (except those Summer shades, what happened there?) so of course, we’ll eagerly want to try out the pigments….I dunno about you but I’m excited about this launch as it is the perfect pairing for the cream shadows as you can use the pigments on top of your fav cream shadows!
Covergirl has a new range of single eyeshadows out entitled Flamed Out Shadow Pots. Covergirl Flamed Out Shadow Pots are available in twelve vibrant shades for Summer 2013 and I believe they will become a permanent part of the Covergirl Collection at some point.
These are an interesting take for Covergirl as they are apparently marketed towards a younger girl with Pink being the model for the collection and the colors all being quite vibrant. The price point is quite nice as well at a mere $3.49 each at Harmons. I imagine once they hit CVS and Walgreens they won’t be as kindly priced but if you can snag them at under four bucks I’d say you got a bargain on your hands.
