Lorac Box Office Sensation Face Charts and How To Looks

Lorac Box Office Sensation Looks Face Charts 2010

Thank the makeup Gods! Lorac has some great face charts and how to’s for the Lorac Box Office Sensation Traincase. I’m so happy to see this as the one thing I didn’t like about the palette was the fact they didn’t include some “how to” looks! If you have the palette, these should be a very welcome tool for creating some great looks using it.

If you missed my review please see it by clicking here and proceeding to take the jump to see some the looks created by Carol Shaw, makeup artist to the stars and creator of the Lorac line.

Lorac Box Office Sensation Train Case 38

Some of the looks, well all of the looks, are truly stunning so I’m pretty excited to have instructions for recreating them plus ideas how to use my Lorac Box Office Sensation!

Get the Look: Ashley Greene Wears Lancome to New Moon Premiere

OMG you guys!  I can’t wait for New Moon!  A few friends and myself already purchased tickets two weeks ago, how diseased and geeky are we.  Honestly, I dropped down on my knees in relief when I seen TL’s buzzcut, I swear if he keeps looking all kinds of hotness I could be swayed towards the Team Jacob side of the fence.  Hey, at least the boy looks like he took a shower, wish I could say the same for Rpattz.

Anyway…..

I’m not normally one for posting makeup looks but since I’m on my Twilight high I thought I’d slap up Ashley Greene’s Lancome Look which she wore to the New Moon Premiere.

Ashley Green Twilight New Moon

Celebrity makeup artist Vanessa Scali is guilty as charged for Ashley’s gorgeous, classic 60′s look with well-define eyes, lots of lashes, a strong brow, and clean skin with subtle kisses of pink and coral on cheeks and lips.

Vanessa evened out Ashley’s nearly flawless skin with a bit of Lancome Effacernes Concealer in Light Bisque underneath her eyes.  She followed up with Bobbi Brown’s Foundation Stick and Lancome Blush Subtil in Shimmer Pink Pool on the apples of the cheeks.

For Ashley’s eyes, Vanessa swept YSL Fard Lumiere Aquaresistant Cream Eyeshadow in Pink Sands over the entire eye.  To define and elongate the lash line, Vanessa used Lancôme’s Artliner in Black and lined the inner rims with Shu Uemura’s Painting Liner in White.  As a finishing touch she used a few generous coats of Lancôme’s Ôscillation Mascara in Black.  Ashley’s brows were sculpted with Lancôme’s Le Crayon Poudre in Brunet.

Finally, Lancôme’s hot new lipstick from the Pout-á-Porter series—L’Absolu Rouge in Chris & Tell—made a sneak peek appearance. The gorgeous hue, which was created for designer Chris Benz’s Spring show, will be available in February. The Chris & Tell waiting list is open at the Saks Fifth Avenue New York counter. Call 212-940-2033 to be added to the waiting list.

I think she looks lovely.  It’s a very classic look and appears quite minimal makeup wise doesn’t it?   It’s so weird seeing her all glammed up as I always envision her as a pixie-like Alice.  Although I’m kinda not into the Chris & Tell Lipstick, I think that’s off my lem list.  Will have to swatch and see.

What do you think of her look?
