Sorry, the site has been up and down all day. My server has been having some major issues and I’m working on getting it back up as quickly as possible.
I’m super sorry about the problems today and hopefully I’ll be back up and working shortly.
Hopefully you haven’t experienced too many issues today with Musings. I just recently moved from a VPS to a Dedicated Server a few hiccups have come along with the move. I also recently switched from WP Cache to Total Cache which I feel speeds up loading time however I’m still experiencing alot of lag on my side of the blog world aka behind the WordPress’ Dashboard and you’re probably having the same laggy loading times or even 503′s here and there.
I’m really sorry about that.
Hopefully I’ll have everything ironed out shortly.
Thanks for your patience!
I know many of you already follow me on Twitter however if you’re a Google gal (or guy) you can now follow my RSS feed on Google Buzz. Sorry it took me ages to actually bother with this. I’m a geek but I’m a believer that social media can sometimes be over kill.
I just wanted to bug you one more time about BeautyBloggers.Org since the event is coming to a close on Monday, December 20th.
Just a brief recap….
BeautyBloggers.org is a collaborated effort of over 50 different beauty bloggers and brands that wanted to make a meaningful contribution to charity by raising money for Doctors Without Borders.
This organization is committed to bringing quality medical care to people in crisis, regardless of race, religion, or political affiliation. They treat rape victims in Papua New Guinea; they make sure women don’t die in childbirth in Pakistan; they helped flood victims in Mexico and earthquake victims in Haiti. They work in 65 countries around the world, and your donation will make an immediate impact. Click here to learn more about MSF.
Beautybloggers.org is a site created exclusively for this charity event which allows you to bid on makeup donated by various brands and some of your fav Beauty Bloggers. Bidders anywhere in the world are welcome and shipping is free. The amount of your winning bid will go to our charity, Doctors Without Borders.
Payments will be collected through a secure page set up with Doctors Without Borders. They accept credit cards and International auction winners may have to use Paypal.
You can bid on makeup items now until Monday, December 20th.
I’ve taken time out to donate a lot of MAC items and other bloggers such as Pursebuzz and the Beauty Alchemist have as well! Beauty brands such as Givenchy, Bobbi Brown, and others have also donated goodies to this cause.
I hope you’ll take a moment to give back this Holiday season by bidding on an item or too!
