New in Beauty
I’ve been waiting for Dr. Nicholas Perricone to extend his Super Skincare Collection with new products. I really like this line of skincare alot and keep hoping for some new bits to try out.
Super by Dr. Nicholas Perricone Omega Oil is the newest addition to the line and is a oil formulated with Chia Seed that contains 60% Pure Omega 3′s to nourish dry skin. It multitasks on dry skin as well as hair and cuticles.
I’m quite interested to check it out.
It’s $42 and available now at www.getsuper.com
By the way, they have a really cool option on their site that allows you to record a review video. Pretty brilliant if you aren’t shy about getting in front of your cam.
NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil have new shades available which brings the total up to 28 shades. I know alot of youTube gurus who swear by these but I haven’t personally tried them.
Sadly, NYX didn’t actually point out which are the newer shades but just eyeballing these I think maybe Sparkle Nude, Cherry (OMG what a color, loves it, wish I can wear it), Cashmere (Hey CJ, that might be one for you), and several others look newish…but don’t quote me there!
I’m actually somewhat tempted by those shades so maybe I’m just having illusions about them being the newest ones. Wish NYX listed which are new in the catalog but visit www.nyxcosmetics.com to see which ones appeal to you!
Katy Perry has teamed up with Eylure to create four different kinds of limited edition false lashes. I’m personally not a false lash girl as I seriously have issues getting them into place but if you wear ‘em you might like some of these lashes created by Katy as they do bring the fun to falsies.
Take a look!
The new Philosophy Microdelivery Triple Acid Brightening Peel Pads will be arriving on QVC.com for the QVC’s Go To Beauty 24 Hour Special starting Monday, January 16th.
These naughty little guys are $68 for 12 pads, ouch! But I bet they will be the best $68 you’ve ever spent on a skincare product. Philosophy has been releasing consistent breakthrough skincare that started with the Miracle Worker Pads and most recently with their new Dark Spot Corrector.
I’m very eager to test drive these! Review upcoming soon!
More details about Monday’s show coming soon!
I generally like the Beauty Blender but it’s something that gets tucked to the back of my beauty arsenal sometimes as I’m more a finger girl. This is particularly the application case for me since I wear BB Creams and they are meant to be patted on the skin not applied with a sponge.
When used correctly with patience Beauty Blender can be an extremely helpful little tool for makeup application however you do have to practice patient when using it.
Beauty Blender is now taking on my skincare world with their new Pure sponge. This one is all about skincare application so leave your makeup bags behind and take a peek!
