Crack the whip ladies and check out MAC Cremesheen Lipstick Lavender Whip!
Yesterday you were privy to the brand new MAC Cremesheen Glass and today I bring you a sneak peek at a look of one of the newest shades of Cremesheen Lipstick in Lavender Whip!
I imagine you’ll want to get your mod on with this interesting lilac lip color with a creamy smooth formula that glides onto lips leaving behind a “mod”-like finish and a burst of Spring purple!
We fell in love with MAC Cremesheen Lipstick this past fall and now MAC is reintroducing the collection with some new shades and some old favorites. Watch your MAC counter in February for the release of MAC Cremesheen Lipstick in eight shades!
Now I’m off to figure out the best way to use Lavender on my lips…hmmmmmmmmmmm……..I aim to do Twiggy proud with my moddy purple look!
The Muse is a big fan of Lori Greiner as you may already know from my post, upon post, upon post of her awesome storage units!
A majority of my collection of makeup is stashed away in a Lori Greiner organizer or two!
On Lori’s recent QVC appearance she spotlighted one of her new Mirrored Wall Cabinets that I am seriously having a case of the lemmings for!
Looks quite unassuming doesn’t it? Wait till you see what it looks like opened!
Open up this mirrored cabinet and inside lays a spot for just about anything and everything in your cosmetic collection! The entire unit holds 150 pieces of makeup with spots for your lipstick, compacts, brushes, and more!
The cabinet is wall mountable or you can purchase a separate frame that will hold the unit in an upright position for placing on a table or vanity.
The cabinet comes in your choice of finishes (oak, cherry, or white) and is also available in a jewelry version for stashing away accessories, earrings, etc….
I’m dying to purchase the makeup one but I’m trying to be reasonable with my purchasing at the moment! If I do get it expect a review and a rave! It’s $78 USD and available now from QVC using Item Number H06285.
The Muse loves it!
Anything Lorai Greiner is ALWAYS Muse Approved! The Muse thinks she’s aces with her wonderful creations.
The Muse so needs to try out Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Concealer!
Have you see these? Check it!
I rarely get excited about drugstore cosmetics but this looks promising to say the least. When I was purchasing my cheese mascara at Walgreens I ran across a display of these but sadly all the lighter shades were sold out.
I’m generally curious about the product as it reminds me of Laura Mercier or Bobbi Brown’s dual concealers which has the creamy concealer on top and a silky white setting powder on the bottom. I’m not sure but that Flickr photo says $12.79 USD and don’t quote me but I could have sworn it was $8.99 USD around these parts.
Must. have. it. now.
Honestly, it seems promising to say the least and hopefully I can locate it as I’m highly curious if it’s worth the splurge! You know me, concealer gets me happy!
If you weren’t particularly a big lover of MAC Dazzleglass you might be relieved and happy to see MAC’s latest release entitled MAC Cremesheen Glass.
The Muse wonders if Dazzleglass nay sayers even exist….naaa, can’t be!
Jump ahead for a sneak peek at MAC Cremesheen releasing from MAC February 5th, 2009.
As I was saying if by some strange, weird chance you weren’t loving all the sparkle and shimmer of MAC Dazzleglass, you’ll be pleased with the release of MAC Cremesheen part of the MAC Cremeteam Collection which includes eight brand new shades of gloss in a brand new formula.
If a creamy, dreamier formula of lipglass is what you crave minus any sparkle and shimmer look no further as MAC Cremesheen has you covered. The two colors I tried are of medium pigmentation and quite a lovely creamy texture that glides onto lips leaving behind a glossy pout with a hint of gorgeous color. The texture is considerably less sticky compared to a regular MAC Lipglass but still manages to have a thick, creamy consistency that’s ideal for keeping lips moist and shiny!
I tried out Looks like Sin which is a nice solid maroon red and Petite Indulgence (my fav of the two!) which is a popping bubblegum pink.
Although I prefer my glosses with a hint of shimmer or sparkle I can’t deny that MAC Cremesheen’s are quite a nice little indulgence. I’m looking forward to the release to see what other colors tempt me!
Looking forward to the MAC Cremesheen release?
Tell the Muse!
