Yay or Nay
Exclamation: Expressing triumph, approval, or encouragement: “Yay! I just shot a zombie in the forehead and survived to tell the tale”.
Noun: A negative answer: “Nay, I’m not going outside and shooting those zombies, you do that shiz!”.
A game of yay or nay today starring Victoria’s Secret Dazzleshine Lipgloss. Available in six shades with a shimmer finish and a brush applicator these little beauties are the newest addition to the Beauty Rush Collection, which sadly, hasn’t been updated in a little bit.
I haven’t tried them yet. GASP! Shock! I know right? So I can’t participate in this yay or nay session.
But have you tried ‘em?
Yay! Can’t live without ‘em!
Nay! Don’t like ‘em, meh!
Do give the good word!
Your autumn eye look may have been waiting for the Dior Mitzah Panther Eyeshadow Palette which is a warm mix of Fall colors…
Are you loving it?
Yay or Nay?
Find out my nay…
Someone obviously boarded the DeLorean and took a trip to the 80’s because, suddenly, this Summer, feather hair extensions are the IT accessory. My sister wore them in 1984, I have the pic to prove it although I can’t share as I’m saving it for some bigger and better blackmail scheme in the future!
With a bottle of jack and some swagger, I’m imaging it was Ke$ha who unintentionally brought the trend back after her unexpected trip to the past. Hopefully she didn’t bring back leg warmers with her because no way in hell am I making that happen.
Feather hair extensions?
Yay or nay?
With the release of Deathly Hallows Part 2 come July we finally, with a heavy heart, get to lay our obsession with Harry Potter to rest.
Memo to self:
Bring tissues to premiere.
As we say our final good byes we also get to embrace the growth and maturity of stars like Emma Watson because let’s face it, Emma is here for the long run and we’ll be witness to her climb into Hollywood legend ever after the madness of HP has died down.
Emma recently got down to work for her Lancome ad campaign that I leaked to you a few months ago with famed fashion photographer Mario Testino in March in Paris.
This was actually the same day Lancome officially launched Emma Watson as one of their newest faces.
Some of my first “real” makeup experience was with kits that a friend of my mum’s purchased for me from the Signature Club A Collection on HSN. Don’t hate, some of that stuff was actually good…ha! Seriously, some of the blushes were kinda funky cool and I still to this day swear by the Lilac Primer.
There is nothing as entertaining as watching Adrienne apply makeup on models during a presentation though!
Have you seen?
Girlfriend cakes that shiz on! To add insult to injury she smears concealer under the eyes of older women without a care in the world…if they didn’t have wrinkles before no worries Adrienne gave ‘em some after that bang up application job in my opinion! Go girl!
I will say in recent years she’s a bit more gentle but I swear the lady applies makeup like these model’s are heading into a deep sea diving experience and need their face to remain in place at 5000 feet below.
Disclaimer: Adrienne was not harmed in the making of this post. I’m no expert at makeup application. This post is just for fun. Adrienne may or may not laugh at this post, life’s too short not to laugh at yourself sometimes.
